We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The solution is pretty generic and easy to use.""The solution is very secure.""The solution is stable.""In terms of reporting, in terms of all the user reports, it's very rich.""The artificial intelligence feature is very good.""You can easily monitor, manage, and cover all your IT equipment.""The simplicity is great.""The most valuable feature of Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) is the ability to troubleshoot ports on the network. Additionally, when there is an update on the APs they are able to reboot quickly reducing downtime. Other solutions have a longer downtime when updates are done."

"I like the product's signal continuity and range. We can receive the signal up to 20-30 meters from the wireless antenna.""D-Link Wireless is a tool that is used since it is an easy and user-friendly product.""D-Link is a good product that is quite affordable and I recommend it.""The initial setup process was easy.""It is a scalable solution. Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten.""The connectivity is good.""The most valuable feature of D-Link Wireless is its durability.""This product is user-friendly and we can manage it as per the requirements of the user."

"The security is a valuable feature.""Having the single pane of glass, by using the Fortinet Security Fabric, allows us to tighten security, and more easily and quickly create additional VLANs to help protect data. Rules in the firewall mean we can protect data and systems so that, should anything go wrong, any security issue is held to an individual device.""For me, the ease of setup and the rugged nature in harsh environments are most valuable. So, durability and ease of use have been its best features.""The product is a stable solution.""I found that It's really good when comparing it to any other product or it is much better in terms of features that the customer requires.""The Fortinet FortiWLM system can be controlled through the cloud controller, which is convenient when the solution is not installed in our environment, as it allows us to manage the entire WiFi or access points and provides more adaptability.""Although there are a few steps, the initial setup is pretty straightforward.""This is the only product on the market currently that supports as many access points for wifi users."

Cons
"There is room for improvement in terms of support and installation.""They should include SD-WAN features to it.""If you want to do more specific stuff, it's a bit limited.""The pricing is very high in the Indian market.""Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) could improve if the MIST platform had a built-in master key. This would be an advantage.""The product should include adaptive Wi-Fi to show a more accurate location.""I need a bit more time with it before criticizing the features.""Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points’ support services need improvement."

More Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points Cons →

"The solution doesn't have hotspots. Users can't set it up so that visitors can log in via Facebook or social media as they can at, for example, airports. D-Link should include hotspots that offer integration with social media. That way, visitors don't need to be asking people for passwords. They can just use Facebook.""The only issue is with the controller visibility of the devices connecting to the network.""In future, it would also be good to have a switch within D Link that works as well as the Cisco 9200 Switch.""The support offered by the product needs to be faster with better technical personnel.""D-Link Wireless’s stability needs improvement.""Password restriction: Sometimes we set a password and it uses that password but, after some days/months, the password gets changed and a few laptops still use old the password while a few use the new password. The password restriction option needs to improve.""D-Link has some catching up to do in terms of advancing and improving its technology.""The stability could be a bit better."

More D-Link Wireless Cons →

"I have used Cisco previously and I don't see any specific differences from Fortinet FortiWLM or other vendors.""This solution should be easier to set up in a production environment.""Cost is something that could be improved, but you have to pay for what you get.""The pricing for the solution is expensive and can be improved.""Documentation could be improved.""The interface could certainly do with some improvement. We have other customers with WiFi networks, and they always use Ubiquiti. With Ubiquiti, it's a much better user interface, and it is much easier to configure.""The solution should improve user capacity.""They need to do more with their marketing. That's what's wrong with them. Nobody knows they do all this other stuff. I love the product. For an enterprise-level system, you never have to explain why you're recommending Fortinet, whereas you might have to do that if you want to use the Ubiquiti Professional or the new Netgear line, but you don't have to explain Fortinet. It has been remarkable to work with."
