"The initial setup is pretty straightforward."

"They can include the automation for the realtime updates. We have a network infrastructure with remote sites. Whenever they send updates, they are not automated. "Working with Distribution sometimes comes at a cost due to a lack of knowledge of the current status of your licensing and products."
"We've had some problems with having to remove the current version and either reinstalling an old version or updating to the new one."
"The only thing that is lacking in this product is the support. Their support can be improved."
"The initial setup was probably more complex. The configuration was somewhat unclear."
"Its stability can be improved. It is not as reliable as I would like it to be. There are times when things don't work quite right. Our biggest pain point is not related to Fortinet FortiClient and the whole scheme of things. It is related to one of the additional services called FortiGuard. They are the arm that does all of the updates to definitions, keeps all the signatures updated, and responds to new threats and whatnot. What we have found is that they react quickly, but sometimes their solutions aren't compatible with all of the components of the Fortinet security suite, specifically around FortiSandbox."
"Fortinet FortiClient could improve the connection because sometimes it drops."
"FortiClient is not communicating with the new version of the firewall."
"The software inventory part is not yet up-to-date. It doesn't have a great interface, which is a disadvantage. I wish we could leverage it, but we don't use it at all because it's not that reliable."
"The product's stability could be improved."
"I would like to see improvements made so that we can better see all of the processes."
"This solution works well but needs lots of tuning and optimization."
"The solution would be more effective if there was a way to block automatically based on behavior."
"Needs improvement in the area of infrastructure for on-premise installation."
"There could be more knowledge. I think they made a mistake when they took away the Check Point integration, because it provides more automation and also more threat intelligence."
"Right now, Carbon Black CB Defense doesn't support cloud computing and Kubernetes."
"I haven't run into anything that needs improvement. The website interface can be a little bit better, but it's still good as compared to most others."
