We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I like everything about ESET Endpoint Security, and as an installer, it's very easy to install the solution, but the most important feature is that it helps defend against any virus. When the virus comes, ESET Endpoint Security stops it.""ESET provides good protection.""The most valuable feature of the solution is that it is easy to use and maintain while also being fully encrypted.""ESET Endpoint Security's best feature is that it's invisible until it detects a problem.""The software and hardware inventory that you can create by using the console is valuable. It is also very light on hardware resources.""The tool protects everything.""ESET Endpoint Security is stable. When comparing the solution to competitors it is more stable.""Technical support has been very good. They are helpful and responsive."

"Our customers are satisfied with Defender for 365 because Microsoft products are easy to use and customize to meet the client's needs. Everything is in one place, so we can adjust policies as needed for phishing, DLP, ATP, or any other security features that our clients want to apply.""Defender for 365 is a comprehensive cloud-based solution. The value of the cloud is that you aren't alone. Threat intelligence and analytics are shared in the cloud. We don't have to find the solution alone. If you face an unknown threat with traditional solutions like Trend Micro and Symantec, you need to open a case and send your information to them to analyze forensically and identify the source of the attack.""Microsoft Defender for Office 365's most valuable feature is its performance.""The initial setup is straightforward. You just add the license, click it, and then you can set up the rules. It is quite simple.""Threat Explorer is an invaluable tool for me, and it plays a crucial role in helping me discern the origins of various email campaigns, pinpointing where they emanate from, and identifying the individuals within our organization who are affected.""I would say that 90% of the spam and phishing attack emails get blocked right off the bat.""The solution is very easy to use. All you have to do is to assign the license to the end-user and it's done. The customer will only have the feature activated, and the solution will monitor the emails to determine if they are a threat or not.""The deployment capability is a great feature."

Cons
"The interface is good. However, it could always be better. It could be more user-friendly.""The stability needs to be improved. There are bugs that you have to deal with.""The problem was that it didn't support Windows 7.""The user interface of ESET Endpoint Security could be more user-friendly and more features could be added.""ESET should consider giving it application control.""The management of the solution isn't as clear as it could be. They could adjust that to make it a better product.""The product could have better integration with third-party products that would help extend functionality.""While the pricing is good, they could always lower it a bit."

"They can improve their security in a way where a customer can know if all their attachments are safe or not to open through a report. The solution does its job perfectly, but it never reports to the customer whether those attachments have been stopped before or not.""Microsoft Defender for Office 365 should improve the troubleshooting tools. It's unclear whether the device is blocked at the firewall level or at the device itself. The granularity needed for troubleshooting is currently lacking. From my perspective, Microsoft should address this issue to benefit many users who likely share the same sentiment.""The only thing they should improve is the licensing model. They should stop changing it. A year ago, the five features I mentioned were included in one product. Now, three of them are bundled into one product, and you have to pay extra for the other two. I don't mind paying extra, but I don't want them to change it every year or every six months. I need to know what I'm looking at and not worry about it next year.""They have moved features from one console to another. Things have been moved around in the interface and it takes me time to find where certain features are.""The visibility for the weaknesses in the system and unauthorized access can be improved.""In one of the reports I can get the exact place where a vulnerable file resides. But for that, I need to explicitly go into the device and check. If they could include that file part in the report, without my having to go to the device itself, that would help.""The company should focus on adding threats that the solution is currently unable to detect.""The custom alerts have to improve a lot."
