"The stability is very good."
"The product is easy to implement."
"McAfee MOVE AntiVirus is easy to use."
"The most valuable feature is the protection it provides. It stops you from exploring certain sites. If you somehow try to mistakenly access a website that contains malware, it will stop you. This is a good feature because it prevents viruses."
"Everything can be combined from the endpoint and server infrastructure security perspective."
"The product offers good compatibility with other solutions and has good integration potential."
"Threat detection and prevention are the most significant features. It covers most of the data collected by sending it to McAfee by looking at the behavioral analysis, vulnerabilities, and such, and then it assesses the data with the threat intelligence in their analytical engine."
"It loads quickly, and it doesn't affect the operating system or the customer's environment."
"It can reach our applications and PC activities in the cloud."
"The most valuable feature of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is its ability to bring together all the data, providing more information than just antivirus hits."
"Microsoft Defender for Endpoint is extremely stable."
"One of the features which differentiates it from other EDR providers is the Automated Investigation and Response, which reduces the workload of SOC analysts or engineers. They don't have to manually investigate each and every alert on the endpoint, since it does so automatically. And you can automate the investigation part."
"What I like most is the protection against phishing emails and anti-spam."
"It's a very solid security system, and the advanced hunting and everything really lets you dive deep into things."
"Defender for Endpoint provides good visibility into threats and has favorable threat intelligence."
"I like that it's easy to deploy because it already comes with Windows 10. Overall, it has all the features that we need. Easy to deploy, comes with updates, and comes with Windows updates. You don't have to really manage or update the signature."
"It uses a lot of your bandwidth and your memory."
"The user interface of McAfee MOVE AntiVirus could benefit from some improvements. The excessive pop-ups can be bothersome, particularly when sharing my screen online, as I often get interrupted by the notifications. While I understand there is an option to disable these pop-ups, I feel that it should be disabled by default. Although I appreciate the overall design of the graphical user interface, the constant interruptions detract from the user experience."
"The solution uses up a lot of memory, which is a major issue."
"They should work to make the renewal process better. I'd like to see is a few weeks of notification up front that the renewal is about to expire."
"The performance of this product could be improved."
"I would like to see improvements made to make it more secure."
"It requires deployment of multiple agents for multiple jobs which is unnecessary."
"The solution could always be cheaper."
"With increase of cyber threats and cybersecurity issues, I would recommend that the product be developed like an AI product with more features which can counter any threat in the coming eras."
"The solution could be even more secure and provide an even higher level of security."
"The file scanning has room for improvement. Many people use macros within their files, so there should be a mechanism that helps us to scan them for malicious payloads."
"The integration and effectiveness of email security could be better. It's already built-in to the solution and checks emails, scans the links they contain etc."
"The pricing could be a bit better."
"Microsoft Defender for Endpoint does not provide much flexibility in terms of threats."
"I would like to see online updates for patches for this solution. I would also like to see online information about what is trending in the market in terms of spams, viruses, or trojans. It takes some time to understand how this solution works. A few things are unclear at the beginning, such as whether it actually restricts the virus or spam at the initial stage, or when there is a security update, how will we come to know and how will it get synchronized. It would be really helpful if there is some kind of knowledge base in the form of video, audio, or document that can explain in a user-friendly way the setup, features, risks, and process to mitigate the risks. Currently, I have installed endpoint security for every individual system. I could not install it like other endpoint solutions where we have a server and a client. It would be really helpful if Microsoft Windows Defender has a server-client based model so that I can save some bandwidth when it downloads or uploads features. It will be helpful if we have a LAN-based or WAN-based controlling system."
"In the next release, I would like to see better management reporting."
