Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The approval process is simple.""The product allowed users to connect with flow chart elements with ease.""The interface, design, and accessible user manuals to help get started using the solution are valuable features in Bizagi.""The product has a comfortable GUI and a good environment for users.""Agility, reverse engineering, customized portal web, help desk and user guides, easy deployment, simple to modify.""It automates a completely manual, complicated process.""The solution offers a free version of their product.""Process management is easy with Bizagi; validating processes and assigning resources is straightforward."

"A complete business project management suite which seems to open endless possibility.""The benefit of this application is that I can immediately describe processes and form normative documents for these processes. For me, this is definitely a plus. Сurrently, I work in a company that is not involved in the structural alignment of business processes. They have huge gaps in this. Nothing is described and there are no norms. Therefore, the formation of regulatory documents, rules, and descriptions of processes, not only in graphic form, but also in documentary form is an absolute plus. I have not found this in other process programs.""It is highly user-friendly and easy to use, even for those who are not familiar with product modeling.""The ability to leave comments in the Collaboration Hub is a good and easy way for the employees to give feedback on the processes.""We could increase the transparency and speed for the new ERP introduction. The status and changes by the new system are now clear to everybody and it is a great tool to train the people.""It is a very scalable solution.""It is possible to do the whole drafting process at the same time in Sagnavio so you don't have a double effort of writing it once, arranging it and entering it again.""The collaboration hub, which helps us in terms of being able to communicate with our customers, brings everybody into the tool and close to the process, allowing them to comment and to implement their own processes."

Cons
"It needs an easier setup for the Bizagi Engine.""The open source version lacks the option to publish.""Cloud support for their process mapping tool could be better. To map all your processes in any way and call your data, you need to download their on-premise setup or their desktop setup. Cloud support for process mapping is limited, and they should work on that.""Bizagi's UI should include shorter steps for documenting controls, documenting properties, changing some attributes in the object, and adding additional text.""It is difficult to drive ROI on types of processes involving complex business rules.""The solution's interface could be a bit more user-friendly and I would like to see more integrations with other Office products, not just Office 365.""The solution was very limited.""I'm not really satisfied with the reporting aspect."

More Bizagi Cons →

"There are some small graphical bugs, but they are addressed immediately by Signavio to their product development team.""It is not easy to learn the product.""I would like to see more predictive analytics. The tool already has all the process maps, but it could offer a more proactive improvement offering. For example, they could put a little bit more machine learning behind it.""Technical support has been somewhat challenging; there hasn't been much visibility on how to create a ticket or integrate with SAP.""The workflow automation of the solution is an area of concern where improvements are required.""I would like to have the option to select the color of items and subgroups in the glossary because right now it is fixed.""The price can be made cheaper.""Signavio already offers a wonderful range of functions. If variant management and customer journeys are optimized, Signavio can definitely bask in the glory of BPM tools. We also see optimization potential in the management of licenses, e.g. no named users but rather floating licenses and integration into the company's active directory."
