Pros
"We contact their customer support often. They are very good and reliable."

"It is a scalable product. I would rate the scalability a ten out of ten.""It allows me to present or to demonstrate the business process flow, visually, without having to resort to PowerPoint, Visio, or other products.""The best feature is the automation.""We like the idea of working with Cawemo because it enables us to keep on working, remotely or not. It allows us to collaborate between areas. It's easy to model and easy to use""Easy to use and easy to integrate into the products and applications we provide for our customers.""The most valuable feature is that, with a visual system, you can try to have a process client before beginning the programming for the application.""Having knowledge of the BPM and monitoring process has proven to be very beneficial, as I am currently engaged in documenting processes for Clientele."", Camunda can be a powerful tool to work with when used in an optimized and well-implemented manner."

Cons
"There are better solutions on the market. To make it a perfect ten, they should improve the price. There is a learning curve and sometimes there are issues from the software."

More Bosch inubit Cons →

"The user interface needs improvement. It should be more tailored to the end-user and offer a better user experience design over the user interface itself.""I have faced problems in bringing up the Cockpit in terms of GUI processes. I think that there is room for improvement in those areas.""The support definitely can be improved. Apart from that, the language should be extendable to other platforms. If I want to write, I'll run a different platform, like Python code on top of it, or COBOL code on top of it, and it should support those languages.""I think it would be important to internationalize the Cockpit and the Admin as well as with the Tasklist.""I don't like the UI of the Camunda Platform, I have found the Signavio solution to be much better for me to create the process designs and execute them. Additionally, I have found the tools in the Camunda Platform are not compatible with some of my other tools. They should improve this in the future.""In the future, I would like to see better transactional integrity.""When addressing a complex and extensive process, the domain it belongs to, be it banking, healthcare, or HR, requires widespread access.""In terms of features, it meets my needs, but I would like Camunda to have an office in Brazil and provide training in Portuguese. They should provide regional support and training courses in Portuguese."
