"The detection rate for any cyberattacks/suspicious activity is very high (more than 90%)."
"The management interface is easy to operate and is a standardized way of managing different firewall modules in the same client application."
"The solution provides better stability and some interesting features such as the ease of throughput expansion."
"We like the way it protects our network, how easy it is to see and filter logs, and how easy it is to manage next-generation firewall policies."
"Check Point offers excellent security."
"I think the VSX has been the most valuable feature for us."
"The tool provides great security."

"The solution could be more user friendly."
"There are mainly two areas of improvement in Fortinet FortiGate— the licensing cost and the timing of upgrading licenses for boxes."
"Some of the software stability could improve."
"They can do more tests before they release new versions because I would like to be more assured. We had some experiences where they release something new and great, but some of the old features are disabled or they don't work well, which impacts the product satisfaction. The manufacturer should be able to prove that everything works or not only that it might work. This is applicable to most of the other services, software, and hardware companies. They all should work on this. We cannot trust every new release, such as a beta release, on the first day. We wait for some comments on the forums and from other companies that we know. We always wait a few weeks before we use the updated version. They should also extend the VPN client application, especially for Linux versions. Currently, it has an application for Linux devices, but it doesn't work the way we want to connect to the VPN. They use only the old connection, not the new one. They have VPN client applications for Windows and Mac, but they can add more useful features to better manage the devices and monitor the current health of each device. Such features would be helpful for our company."
"Some of the features in the graphical user interface do not work, which requires that we used the command-line-interface."
"I would like to see a more intuitive dashboard."
"The tool must improve its support."
"Check Point should add additional management choices."
"The smart consoles could be improved."
"The SmartUpdate interface is a little bit crowded if your company has a lot of software items."
"Although there is a lot of automation and pattern that can be classified automatically, the IPS systems are sometimes a little bit complicated, and doing the fine-tuning in over 20,000 patterns is hard to do."
"It would be nice if there is a mobile-friendly console for our techs."
"It would be best if the security management server console access is simpler for ease of management."
"Needs to upgrade the IPSec VPN port"
"Sometimes it reboots when you least expect it, and that's the main issue."
"The product has some scalability and data management issues where improvements are required."
"Although manageable, the user interface is a little bit slow and could be improved."
