"The speed of delivery is something super valuable. Reliability and performance are also valuable."
"I like the Dell EMC management and we have a great management interface. They are very reliable and we can trust the server. It's very reliable and easy to manage."
"We particularly appreciate the iDRAC feature, especially in its latest versions, for its capabilities in remote server management and comprehensive monitoring."
"In regards to security, I have noticed that we can implement Active Directory to the iDRAC. It is more secure that way. Then, everyone can access it as they please."
"The robustness of the hardware itself is valuable. We have had PowerEdge servers running even after they were out of their warranty timeline. For example, about four or five years ago, we updated the virtualization platform. One of the servers that we had on that platform was ten years old. These servers have a lot of durability. You can see that they are well-made."
"Nowadays, iDRAC is very important. It is one of the features that we use the most because we do not always have physical access to our machines. iDRAC is a tool that we use daily. If we did not have it, it would be very complicated to manage the machines. This is a great feature."
"It is quite stable. We didn't have a single downtime of failure. Nor have we ever experienced any downtime in electrical components or the hardware. In this way, the server is reliable."
"We like the iDRAC card which gives us remote access to the server out of band. That's fantastic because if a box is misbehaving, I'm able to get into the bare metal and repair the operating system without needing to go out to the branch office, which could be anywhere in the UK."
"It is stable."
"We have had no issues with the stability of the product."
"The most valuable features of HPE ProLiant DL Servers are very high quality."
"The initial setup was easy."
"It's flexible."
"The product is compatible and flexible for small and medium businesses."
"It is stable and easy to set up."
"Very practical and easy to maintain."
"On the MX7000 platform, they should continue to release better and faster blades."
"Dell hardware is not as stable as HP. I have not seen any issues with HP in five years, but with Dell, I am getting multiple issues. It's not stable. They need to verify why it has multiple issues and why Dell hardware is not as stable as HP hardware."
"There is room for improvement in certain aspects of the deployment process as it is a bit complex."
"I would appreciate the capability to carry out live updates without the need to take the system offline."
"Considering from a hardware perspective, some areas of concern were network cards on the models we had in our organization, which were fairly inaccessible, so we had to remove the whole motherboard and, basically, the whole system to get rid of or swap a network card."
"The way we can manage the environment through the solution's GUI could be improved."
"I do not have any qualms or problems with Dell PowerEdge Rack Servers. However, when it comes to the software, some of their competitors are already feeding a lot of performance and availability data to an online platform. We have not seen that with PowerEdge."
"It would be nice if it were all included as a part of PowerEdge so you can check your server's performance and availability online."
"The price in general, including the licensing fee, could be better."
"They should continue to maintain the stability that is there."
"There is a challenge sometimes with having quick access to some of these components when you need them. It takes a lot of time to get spare parts from genuine sellers."
"HPE ProLiant DL Servers could improve its portfolio, it could be more diverse because there is a limited number of them available. Dell, IBM, or Lenovo, have a better product portfolio that is diverse."
"The licensing fees are expensive and have room for improvement."
"If they could put a SAN storage or resend it in the same product, it would be very helpful and more powerful."
"The initial configuration process could be simpler."
"The servers should include OneView for intelligence provisioning."
