They mandate—not recommend, but mandate—having an approved installer do it, and it was a very painful process. The installer that we took from CDW was not good, in the extreme. "They don't have many organized documents for troubleshooting problems. If you look at the support portal or the website, you will not get detailed information about problems or redirection to more information. They should continue working on the software solution but enlarge the documentation."
