"The most valuable feature of Juniper Mist is the Virtual Network Assistant, powered by artificial intelligence."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is Marvis, the AI-driven network management system."
"With Mist, every Wednesday they roll out new features."
"In terms of reporting, in terms of all the user reports, it's very rich."
"The most valuable feature of Juniper Wireless Access Points (AP Series) is the ability to troubleshoot ports on the network. Additionally, when there is an update on the APs they are able to reboot quickly reducing downtime. Other solutions have a longer downtime when updates are done."
"The AI capabilities of Mist Wireless are superior to other OEMs."
"The solution is stable."
"The coverage Aruba provides across the physical area is much better. Most probably because of the new technology, the 4x4 antenna, and everything around it. It's just a much better, easier to use, and easier to manage product."
"The solution has fast deployment and easy setup. There is no security PIN for this account."
"The initial setup is easy."
"It's really easy to set up. And, you don't have to pay for the cloud solution. That's really interesting for our clients. And the other thing is, the roaming is also quite good."
"With a variety of switches in their setup, they find that Aruba's online monitoring tools and configuration options for applications effectively manage most of their requirements, all while keeping the process straightforward and user-friendly."
"Its technical support is excellent."
"The solution is scalable."
"The app and the provisioning are the best features of the product. It was really impressive that I was able to just provision it remotely. I didn't have to be on-site with my friend, and we were just able to get everything up and operational. So, the app is great. It sends me notifications when things are down, and it tells me how everything is doing."
"The most useful feature of this product is the configuration that allows us to have several areas covered with one unit."
"The most valuable feature of Aruba Wireless is the controller. It is easy to use."
"The portal has been very helpful for us."
"Although there are other solutions available and some with a lower initial cost, they don't offer the same level of integration with IoT as this solution without having to add additional hardware, which ends up costing more."
"With the central management system, I'm able to access each device. I can configure one device and then it provisions all the other devices with the same configuration, rather than my having to configure them one by one."
"I have found the Access Point (AP) group profile feature extremely useful. It makes deployments look easy."
"The coverage, concurrent user life, and visualization are the most valuable features of these solutions."
"Aruba is easier than Juniper."
"The pricing should be made cheaper."
"If you want to do more specific stuff, it's a bit limited."
"It would be helpful to have even stronger security features to help protect against interference from other nearby access points that aren't part of our network."
"Enrolling into the tool is a tedious process."
"There is room for improvement in terms of support and installation."
"The solution is expensive."
"I need a bit more time with it before criticizing the features."
"Improving third-party integration is key for Juniper Mist's next release."
"If there's a way to get a floor map of our office space so we can place the access points on a map to be able to see what's what, where everything is going, where the most traffic is being connected, that would be a nice feature."
"The tool is priced high."
"The product's machine or equipment can cater to around 20 connections and cannot go beyond 50 simultaneous connections, because of which I think the tool's scalability is limited."
"The tool's pricing is not good."
"When there are a lot of people connected, especially during video streaming demonstrations, the connection can get a bit choppy."
"When I first deployed the solution, I couldn't use a tagged VLAN for the management. It might already have been fixed in a recent firmware upgrade."
"The solution should include higher speed and lesser cost."
"If anything, its reporting could be improved."
"Aruba needs to be more competitive with newer products. Their legacy makes that more difficult for them."
"The solution could be improved on the security side."
"Aruba Wireless is a good product, but it still has some issues, especially at the beginning, where there's inconsistent syncing between the cloud and the APs. Sometimes, there's also a little lag when accessing the query."
"The solution could be more user-friendly."
"Aruba Wireless could improve the dashboard. It is not straightforward or intuitive to use and could be more user-friendly. For IT employees the dashboards are fine but when it comes to the end-user it is difficult. The Mobility Controller dashboard is not meant for non-IT employees."
"They could work on energy consumption as this equipment needs a lot of energy."
"What needs improvement in Aruba Wireless is its access point, in particular, it should have more flexibility. Aruba Wireless has Campus AP, Instant AP, and Unified AP, but it would be better if the product has a generic access point that you can manage over the cloud, on-premise, etc. Another area for improvement in Aruba Wireless is scalability. In terms of what additional features I'd like to see in the product, I'm unsure if it's already on the roadmap, but if possible, it would be good to have an SD-WAN functionality on the AP in Aruba Wireless."
"Their documentation needs to be improved. Aruba's documentation is poor."
