Comprehensive solution needing flexibility and additional enhancements
The product needs better admin control, and there is room for improvement in flexibility, reporting, and dashboards. Artificial intelligence should be incorporated. I also have concerns regarding partners, specifically in the implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics. The partner we engaged with within Egypt lacked awareness of many features during the configuration and implementation. It was strange to find the partner unaware of the function and service that Microsoft granted him to develop and deploy for their customers. This was a big issue. Microsoft needs to establish specific criteria for selecting representatives. It's not just about sending representatives but also about how you add value to the customer. I'm seeking not only to proceed with the Microsoft Dynamics Series but also to engage with a representative who can address and represent my business needs.

Provides an excellent user interface and dashboard, but it is expensive and doesn’t enable customization
The solution is primarily for finance and accounts. It's spread across multiple industries, including service, trading, and a bit of manufacturing The product brings a fair bit of accountability into the system. There are checks and balances. The maker-checker and workflow are in place. Certain…

"If I had to add something in the next release, it would probably be a mobile application for a sister application of Dynamics 365; not the ERP but the Dynamics 365 HR solution. It would definitely help if we could have Microsoft or a Microsoft partner introduce a mobile application for it."
"Microsoft Dynamics AX can improve system performance and security. The security is basic and needs a lot of improvement."
"Improve support services in the new features roadmap."
"We have had concerns about the security and flexibility of the application. The approach with Oracle ERP Cloud should be more holistic rather than user or computer-based."

"In terms of areas for improvement, there are still a lot of other features that need to be incorporated into the future releases of Oracle ERP Cloud. We're hoping those would come soon because they're available in other ERP systems. For example, we used to have a lot of AME customizations in the BPM, but now we have a very limited scope, so it would be great if we could extend our scope. Currently, we are working with product teams to get through some of those solutions, and how we could implement them, so we have some workarounds to deal with, but we still have a long road ahead."
"Localization of functionality for Europe and Latin American countries legal and fiscal requirements, reporting, and integration with tax authorities."
"Oracle ERP Cloud needs to be more mature, especially in terms of some advanced modules, such as manufacturing, supply chain planning, and production."
"I would like to improve the tool’s budgeting and reporting. I know that Oracle is working on the tool’s analytics part so I expect the analytical feature in its future releases."
"The tool must enable users to customize the reports."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The pricing is expensive."
"It has a pay-as-you-go subscription."
"The price of the solution could benefit from being less expensive."
"The tool's licensing model is based on user subscription. The pricing needs to be reduced for the Indian and South Asian markets."
"The initial investment cost goes up due to the hidden cost."
"The yearly licenses are priced okay."
"It is not the cheapest solution, but it is also not the most expensive one. It's in between and is cheaper than SAP but more expensive than other local vendors. It is worth the cost."
"One client was looking at a $5M SAP proposal and we got AX in just under $2M, and they were very happy with it as they have several sister companies that face $500K SAP upgrades/maintenance seemingly annually."
"The price of the solution is expensive. There are additional costs associated with this particular case that must be taken into consideration when calculating the overall expense. These costs may include but are not limited to, additional materials, labor, and other miscellaneous expenses that may arise during the course of the project. It is important to note that these additional costs may exceed the initial pricing estimate."
"In a developing country such as Bangladesh, Oracle ERP Cloud is expensive compared to on-premise solutions, so the turnover is very low. Customers become more comfortable using on-premise services because of the high subscription costs of Oracle ERP Cloud."
"The pricing for Oracle ERP Cloud is on par with other top solutions."
"The solution's pricing is reasonable in the global market"
"We have an annual license with Oracle, however if we need additional features we do pay for them."
"For an ERP Cloud, the pricing is relatively high."
"Oracle ERP Cloud is on the expensive side."
"The price is average compared to other vendors. The licensing is on a yearly basis depending on the subscription pattern. There are no extra costs apart from licensing."
