"The most important part of Studio is the debugging feature. It gives you the ability to watch local variables, as well as highlight elements as it is moving through the process. The results of actions are displayed and indicate whether particular actions are performed successfully or not.""The UiPath community staff is the best I have ever seen. I have worked in several communities, not only in RPA platforms but for other tools, but the UiPath community is the best.""UiPath has good recording features that help to create automations.""The OCR technology within this solution has been most valuable. We are able to scan handwritten documents and scrape their contents to be captured with in the system.""I found UiPath nicer than other RPA tools. I like that its enterprise version is pretty user-friendly.""We are able to remove all repetitive tasks. We are using RPA for HR, salary generation, interview process, appointment, etc. We are using RPA everywhere. We are in the top five just because of RPA. It's very important for us.""UiPath is an efficient and user-friendly tool.""The stability is good. I did not encounter any issues with UiPath."

Cons
"There could be some features to fix compatibility issues with firmware.""Nintex RPA is not suitable for PDF automation.""Further simplifying the low-code development process can attract a broader user base by making automation accessible to those with minimal technical skills."

More Nintex RPA Cons →

"There were a couple of times with the on-premises version that there were complications, since it is not on UiPath's cloud. We have had a lot of complications where we are dead in water. There were a couple of conditions where we weren't able to get someone up to speed on whatever. The support is not as quick to respond as we had hoped.""They need to work on security.""The solution's OCR engine is lagging behind Power Automate a bit.""The user interface needs to be more customizable, and the debugging tool doesn't work well enough. It needs some improvements.""There should be the ability to customize the building blocks instead of having to specify everything in every step. We should be able to combine these building blocks to make specific processes faster.""When we have to capture some text from our invoices and from our notes and do some manual work, sometimes the tool doesn't extract the data in a precise way.""One thing that I would really like to see is some migration processes between environments.""We aren't scaling up UiPath because it doesn't provide a satisfactory way to log and monitor data. Instead, we use other tools like Automation Anywhere for large-scale operations in our production environment. We're building solutions that can handle a huge amount of data so we can monitor real-time issues. I don't think UiPath solves that case for us."

  • More Nintex RPA Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "The community edition is completely free. Then, people say, "There is nothing to lose, let me try it.""
  • "There are operational benefits in terms of time savings and user satisfaction of not having to do menial, repetitive tasks."

  • "They give it away in the community edition for free, so I use it at home."
