"What I find valuable is the fact that you don't need to purchase any license. Basically you just get the hardware for the access points, configure an IP and connect it with a switch."
"The product's scalability features are good."
"It's a good product and works well when there is a lot of interference."
"It is easy to deploy, and it is not that complicated. There are a lot of systems that are very complicated, and they require a special kind of training. Their response is also very slow, especially with the Chinese vendors, but with Cambium, we have not faced any issues. Everything is going well in terms of cooperation from Cambium. We are happy with them, their services, their cooperation, and their quick response. They are just amazing."
"Cambium Networks' PowerMax feature has been particularly beneficial for WAN connectivity, offering superior coverage compared to other solutions. The standout feature of Cambium Networks for me is its extensive coverage area."
"The most valuable features of Cambium Networks Wireless WAN are cloud management and links."
"The pricing of the product is very, very reasonable."
"The most valuable features for network performance in the solution are reliability and centralized management through a single controller."
"I like the simplicity, the ease of use."
"The failure rate is very low on these devices - I've had them installed for five years and have only lost one out of a hundred."
"They are reliable in terms of wireless connectivity."
"The solution has an easy configuration."
"The range is usually pretty good, which is the most important thing to use because more or less, all wireless access points are the same."
"It functions properly and includes centralized management for access points and switches."
"We have not had an issue with Ubiquiti Wireless since we have been using it. The solution is highly reliable."
"The most valuable feature of Ubiquiti Wireless is the ease of configuration."
"If they could move from the fixed wireless point to mobile, it will make a big change in the market. The cnPilot coverage should be covering big spaces. It should also have an external antenna, not a built-in antenna."
"There is room for improvement in the support."
"The product could have more access points to increase the network coverage."
"Sometimes there are some latencies in devices. Otherwise, it is, for some time, not as stable."
"Cambium Networks Wireless WAN is stable but sometimes the 2.4 gigahertz network is sometimes not as stable as the 5 gigahertz. The 5 gigahertz works smoothly with everything, but 2.4 has some problems. If we change the configuration I am not sure if it would fix the problem."
"Pricing tends to be higher than its competitors."
"The Wifi coverage and throughput performance of Cambium could improve."
"Cambium Networks Wireless WAN could improve by providing a better signal range."
"There is really nothing wrong with the product but there are ways the utility and features can be expanded to meet future demands."
"This product has issues with scalability and ease of manageability at scale. Security also needs to be improved, when compared to its competitors. Ubiquiti Wireless doesn't have any support that you can call. They only have an online portal where you can access support documentation, but it's not great. You have to figure out issues and solutions for yourself."
"We'd like them to improve aspects of device management."
"Better security is important because we need to have some degree of control over who is connected and how we can restrict the level of connectivity."
"The cost is on the higher side and could be lower."
"The solution needs to improve its features and offer more to the customer."
"The production is not very stable in our experience."
"The strength of the routers could be improved. When it comes to serious routing, the solution doesn't measure up to the big guys like Juniper and Cisco, but we don't expect it to."
