Fortinet FortiGate has an easy-to-use platform with a good graphical interface. The configuration is simple and the solution provides an overall good layer of security."
"We can detect any attack of viruses or malware at the first point of contact."
"We are using the FortiGate 100D series. VPN, firewall, anti-malware, OTM, and intrusion prevention are useful features."
"The UTM feature is quite good. FortiAP is easy to deploy because both Fortigate and FortiAP are under the same brand. Otherwise, you need to do more work on the configuration."
"The most valuable feature of Fortinet FortiGate is URL filtering."
"A strong point of FortiGate is that the graphical interface is complete and easy to use, especially if we think there is a list of operations that we are able to perform inside."
"This version is stable. I don't have any issues with this solution, in our environment, it works well."
"The most valuable feature is robustness."
"What I like the most about Juniper is that they have the same CLI on all routers, switches, and firewalls. If you have worked with any Juniper device, such as a Juniper router, you will be able to work with an SRX, which is really cool. It is a nice experience to work with every device of Juniper, not only firewalls."
"You can scale the solution."
"It'sa very secure device, it has good attack prevention capabilities using UTM."
"The product provides good performance and has features comparable to other leading products in the market."
"It helps us perform our daily jobs."
"The security features and the model collection are the most valuable."
"I have used technical support quite a bit, and they are really good."
"They give good protection to my network and support it."
"We like the central interface and we like the security features. Additionally, we use SonicWall with VPN connectivity and we have had no problems with SonicWall all these years."
"Access restriction and IP whitelisting are the most valuable features."

"With the main firewall routing there, we can do connectivity point-to-point. On the low bandwidth we can connect in all the branches with my corporate office."
"We are very much happy with the support."
"The network security is great."
"Its user interface and simplicity are the most favorite parts for our clients. They find it stable and easy to use. Its performance is also good."
"We had some issues in the beginning while setting it up, but after doing the firmware update, it is working fine."
"Reporting is limited to providing an external appliance for improving the reporting capabilities of the FortiAnalyzer. It does not offer a central management and is also sold separably as an appliance."
"The scalability could be better."
"Performance and technical support are the main issues with this solution."
"The Wi-Fi controller needs a lot of improvement."
"The routing capability on the FortiGate devices has room for improvement."
"The logging details need to be improved."
"Some of the web policy reports could be improved."
"The big thing is performance. With all the features turned on it slows down."
"It would be good if Junos had "unique commands" between all hierarchical levels, discarding the use of the "Run" command."
"I've noticed that the management interface could use some updates and upgrades."
"There is room for improvement in scalability and performance. It's scalable and reliable, but when using next-generation firewall features, the performance decreases significantly for Juniper SRX."
"it would be more powerful if Juniper brought out a security product other than the firewall, like anti-spam, endpoint protection, etc. Customers who want to deploy security solutions are not just thinking about firewalls... Juniper should have an end-to-end solution, from the endpoint to the network level."
"We purchased three devices and all three have been replaced under RMA."
"Both the web management and the graphical user interface are inadequate and should be improved."
"JTAC (Juniper Networks Technical Assistance Center) is just okay for technical assistance. However, if you are used to Cisco TAC responsiveness, you will need to adjust your expectations with Juniper Networks TAC."
"There is a point I don't like about SonicWall in the past and now. Most of the destinations we look at when we're detecting some user using too much bandwidth or something like that, SonicWall just gave us destination IP address, instead of the full qualified domain name. I think that's the most important part that is still missing. I think that's the most important for us."
"Its reporting can be improved. Currently, we cannot directly get the user names. It only shows the IP, which makes it a bit confusing because we need to use the IP to find the user. If we could directly get the name of the user, it would be better."
"We have experienced some issues with SonicWall TZ and they are lacking some advanced features other vendors have."
"I can't get the support that I need from SonicWall."
"It could be made more user friendly."
"User interface could be improved."
"We encounter issues while generating new reports."
"In an upcoming release, SonicWall could improve by adding cloud management for all devices for free or at a nominal cost. Currently, they have a cloud management platform but is not free. We have the MySonicWall portal for purchasing from them for software updates and renewals."
