In terms of what could be improved, I think the developer's tools on their optimized version should be a little bit more user friendly. Additionally, it really doesn't pick up the actual exception or error of what the developers are getting. What PegaRULES should work on is the integration aspect. I can integrate it with other platforms, but that can take time.
