We use it for limited changes, although I still don't find it one of the easier ways to make changes. I wish it was a lot easier for that. I have told Cisco about it before. We got it for configuration storage backup and it works great for that. They had me go through a couple of WebEx's as me as far as changes go, and it seems easier to do...
