Lucidchart has been pretty good. I've never used it before. I didn't read any instructions on how to use it, but I still just managed to pick it up. Anyone who's generally computer savvy would be able to just pick up to use it very quickly. Maybe it would be useful for people who don't process maps not that much to where it says containers...
