User-friendly and does the job but it forces upgrades instead of patching
Every time an OS comes out, I have to upgrade the Symantec product. They don't know how to patch it. If they would produce a patch instead of uninstalling or installing over the current version and rebooting I'd be a lot happier with the product. As far as what it attacks and how good it is and its job I don't really care. It drives me nuts...
