Pros
"The initial setup is very quick."

"The highest benefit of it is that it's just there, ready to use, and you don't need to start from a blank screen.""It is very easy to develop and deploy. It is easy to work with different applications at the same time. For example, I can read an Excel file and then go to SAP or any other platform. I can then open Outlook and send an email from Outlook. I can even use Teams. Being able to combine all these applications is the main thing that I like.""The quick delivery is good, and the solution is easy to use.""The speed is much better because we're doing it on the cloud. With other solutions there were network problems, but in UiPath I have found that network connectivity is much stronger when transferring data from the back end to the front end. It is much faster.""A lot of the prebuilt models that are on an AI Center are valuable. Being able to go in there and train your data, give sample data, label the fields, and different OCR methods are also valuable.""UiPath is a user-friendly solution.""The speed that in which it can be deployed is something I really like because that cuts down on delivery times. I also like the ease of use. In addition, I like the fact that we can program our own .NET to plug into it and there are APIs for multiple different solutions...""We are able to smooth out peak workloads. Because a lot of the period closures, like monthly and yearly closures, we work in peaks. Everything has to be done within a few days. When we can prepare a lot of the data and reports through the night, the employees can start on those in the morning. Therefore, we are leveling out some of the workload features, which is one of the main benefits."

Cons
"The solution should come with language customization, which would simplify its use for our customers."

More Another Monday Cons →

"We would like UiPath to make some enhancements to the cloud version to provide more flexibility for OCRs, email models, and AI centers.""We've tried to use test automation, however, I'm not sure how well it works.""One of the problems with UiPath is that it doesn't interact with some programs, such as AD and Chrome, and it would be great to have even more included!""The pricing for Orchestrator and unattended robots could use improvement. If we plan to roll out and implement more robots, then perhaps lower costs on Orchestrator and unattended robots would make adoption even easier.""Stability looks good except that we see that when we run the bot sometimes somewhere in the middle it fails. It will recovers, but I don't know why and can't answer to my customers why. I don't know if something can be done to eliminate the failing piece. I don't know whether it is a stability issue, but it should be handled in future.""The cognitive area is one where there is room for improvement. Automation Anywhere has grown in that area, whereas UiPath still is more dependent on third-party integration. That is something which they should be focusing on more. They should acquire a product and get it integrated.""I would definitely appreciate efforts to be made to build useful tools that meet regulatory standards in different fields so that we can all get the most out of automation.""The support provided by UiPath could be improved."

    Overview

Building a fully-automated robotic process environment where robot
workers performed an equivalent volume of work of over 1,500 full-time
virtual employees required the careful development and optimization of
    an RPA-architecture.
We created an architecture that embodies the best practices of both
RPA-methodology and RPA-tools. These two components defined automation
best practices like the enforcing of a rigorous process mapping and a
process automation design approach that captures every action for all
workflow possibilities and exceptions. Further, this enables a bot that
could seamlessly recover from exception-based failures. Ultimately,
that delivers industrial-grade performance at scale!

UiPath is a user-friendly automation software that streamlines business processes by automating repetitive tasks. It offers extensive automation capabilities, seamless integration with other systems, and robust security measures.

Users appreciate its intuitive design, ease of use, and ability to automate complex workflows.

Its seamless integration with various applications ensures smooth data exchange and enhances workflow management, while strong security measures protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards.
