We performed a comparison between Blue Prism and UiPath based on our users’ reviews in five categories. After reading all of the collected data, you can find our conclusion below.
Comparison Results: Both solutions are solid. However, UiPath seems to have slightly better ratings because it has more features (such as an extensive library of activities and a better front-end that Blue Prism lacks). UiPath also stands out because it is geared toward developers, whereas BluePrism is geared more toward business people. In addition, UiPath has a free community version, and provides sufficient training as needed.

"Blue Prism supports the multi-bot architecture, which is really good. It is also really good at OCR. If you don't have much coding experience, it makes it easy to build automations and deploy them. It is also easy to learn and easy to work with. One of the major selling points of the solution is that it requires very minimal coding to create a program. It's very easy to drag and drop to create the required fields from the tool."

Once we deploy them through the orchestrator we use insights to see how the bots are performing, what errors are referring, and just the general health insights would be the biggest lift that we've gotten out of the solution. When we have restricted data flow, the operations team should not be able to take a look at the data that is processed."
