We performed a comparison between UiPath and Verint Robotic Process Automation based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out what your peers are saying about UiPath, Microsoft, Automation Anywhere and others in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)."The option to record processes is the most important feature of UiPath. We can use it to record every action automatically and it is then converted to a workflow. This workflow defines the complete set of processes so that we can automate every requirement."
"The ability to automate processes allows the opportunity to allocate resources differently."
"UiPath is easy to use without any training. Anyone can use it. There is also great customer support."
"The ability to follow and orchestrate what the robots are doing has been very valuable. I've been working on the automation hub because that's the next step after our test case of five robotic implementations. So, it is orchestrated to see how they're doing."
"The Orchestrator and the Studio are the features that I personally enjoy using."
"UiPath Orchestrator is very user-friendly and easy to understand."
"It has mainly taken the load off of employees. We had a huge amount of tasks which weren't being done. It provides our employees time to do their other work, since we automated very manual things."
"The most valuable feature is the simplicity of the Studio software."
"Verint RPA gives our clients greater visibility into what's being done and how. It also lightens the load on the workers by automating tasks."
"The path forward is probably to tie this all together in a platform and look at the workflow automation"
"The documentation can be a little bit lacking. I think they improved it a little bit last month. Last time I checked, it seemed like they spent a bit of time trying to improve it. Sometimes some of the processes are nicely documented. UiPath offers training, which they provide on their website. They teach you how to use it, but for some processes, it just seems like the documentation isn't really there. It makes it a little bit difficult when you're using a specific process from the first time."
"We sometimes struggle trying to figure out what kind of a bot we need to use for what kind of work, and it would be nice to have more clarity on this."
"We only use the UiPath Community for support. It would be nice if a team of developers or a support person were available to help us work internally on our project. That would be helpful."
"The support team could be more responsive and helpful."
"They need to work on security."
"We would like to see small modules that we can pick and use. Currently, we have to implement a lot of things. The platform is very good, but we would love to have some more templates that we can quickly implement."
"Some of the releases have been a little shaky."
"Verint RPA needs a more robust toolset to create complex UIs for workers. It's probably not just this product. Almost all automation solutions have similar limitations."
