"We use the solution across hospitality and healthcare domains. We use it for custom development. It helps us develop a seamless omnichannel for the healthcare industry."
"Azure Site Recovery allows my company to save around 30 percent of the time on every VM that we need to back up and restore."
"Initially setting up the product is easy."
"From my experience, Veeam is very good. Its interface is user-friendly. We can restore it whenever. It's not complicated. It's very easy to manage and administration is very easy."
"In Veeam backup, the most valuable feature for me is the recovery. It allows me to recover almost immediately while I continue fixing the problem of the affected machine."
"The integration with some storage systems like HP or Nutanix and great support are the most valuable features. You get productivity support. You get a response within one hour, even in the evening or night. The functionality of the whole software is good."
"Veeam is the gold standard for backup and recovery. The ease of use and reliability of this solution are real assets. Also, it has an ease of use to work with a third party vendor."
"The initial setup was not overly complex."
"The solution works well in two different environments, whether it is on-premises, cloud, or a combination."
"The solution just works consistently. I never have issues with it."
"One area for improvement with Azure is helping customers predict usage more accurately."

"In the newest version of Azure Site Recovery, the configuration was a little more complex, so this is an area for improvement."
"When it runs, it runs well but when it doesn't run, the solution needs to make it clearer as to why and what the troubleshooting process is. All this would be possible if the error logging was streamlined a bit."
"The immutable backup could be better."
"The primary area for improvement in Azure Site Recovery is its pricing."
"Scalability, as well as licensing costs, need to be improved."
"Veeam Backup Replication could improve by making the monitoring system free. If I would like to have any monitoring system by Veeam I have to purchase it. It should come free with the solution. They should provide a monitoring system to make the work easier and smooth."
"The initial setup was not straightforward at all."
"In terms of what could be improved, when creating a backup job with Veeam, you can create a daily backup, but it doesn't do it within that job. It does not give you the ability to also set the terms for monthly and/or weekly backups. It has to be a separate job. It gets clunky to manage the timeframes where you don't want a daily to run on this day and creating weeklies. And you don't want a daily to run on this day doing monthlies. That is hard to deal with. It would be really nice if you could do it through a single command line or a single interface."
"The Veeam backup application interface is application-based and not web-based."
"Backup speed should be increased, and there should be more functionality."
"The automation could be better."
"The data duplication should be improved."
