"The most valuable feature in automating our build and release processes with Azure DevOps is the scheduling capability."
"The most valuable feature is that we can run integrations with DevOps. From a QA perspective and a testing perspective, we can run those tests and integrate automation tools. "We would love to be able to have direct contact with Atlassian. Currently, they are not working directly with West African countries. We are considering using JIRA Align, but when we contact them, they say that as we are in West Africa, they don't directly work with West Africa."
"The solution's look and feel could be a bit more intuitive and user friendly."
"It's got kind of a steep learning curve."
"The query features should improve in JIRA Portfolio. For example, if I would have to create my own queries for looking into something such as what business features we have released last month, or the last three months, I don't know if I can do it. The solution requires a certain level of expertise."
"JIRA Portfolio could improve new implementation because if I want integration for the complete wide frame tools it cannot provide any wide frame tools."
"The workflow needs improvement."
"We had to use assistance for the initial setup."
"JIRA Portfolio's configuration management could be improved."
"Azure DevOps is set up more for development and less for testing. If it is set up correctly, everyone can use it better, but it was set up from a development point of view, which means it is lacking in what I need from a testing perspective. Just like any other tool, it depends on how it is configured. I am not happy with the way it is set up. It is configured more from a development side, and it doesn't necessarily cater to all the other areas that probably need to use it, such as testing data, etc."
"The tutorials for building pipelines are an area that is a bit technical for a beginner."
"Being more technology-agnostic through ease of integration would be beneficial."
"It should be easier to manage Licenses especially because it's in the cloud."
"I can't think of any specific things at the moment, but I've run into things that I didn't like. I came across something that I wanted to be changed in DevOps, but I can't remember what it was. It was a particular feature I was looking for that I couldn't find."
"Its interface could be more user-friendly. It could be simplified for users with no prior knowledge. There should also be better tutorials."
"In comparison to JIRA, I believe DevOps has very poor reporting and metrics support."
"When you compare with Jira, there is a lack of progress features."
