"The product's most valuable feature is scalability."
"The solution's most valuable feature is the no-code/low-code feature."
"The product has efficient connectors."
"Logic Apps helped reduce complexity or development time. For example, if we get documents in the form of images, we can use Logic Apps to extract information from those images. This simplifies our efforts compared to originally using Microsoft APIs to do the same task."
"The solution is very easy for new users because it includes very good documentation and transparency."
"If we are working with a service-oriented architecture, as an architect as a baseline, it supports us very well in terms of expandability, and the kind of robustness it brings, especially with its serverless nature is fabulous."
"Their automation and workflows are very strong, and you can build the workflows very easily and quickly."
"Stability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten."
"It's easy to understand, makes flows and is efficient."
"Workato is low code, intuitive, and easy to use."
"It is very easy to use. It takes complex workloads away, and it provides very smooth integration. It has got a lot of out-of-the-box connectors. It has got a lot of out-of-the-box APIs, which makes it really easy to integrate with applications for different use cases, whether it is in finance, HR, or customer operations. It is by far our favorite integration product."
"It is easier to use than other technical open-source technologies."
"The most valuable features are easy integration, quick tab to develop, quick tab to market, and interactive integration platform."
"Standard documents are fine, but in certain situations, when facing specific errors or issues, partners or consumers expect customized solutions rather than just links to existing documents."
"The support I have received is mixed because in some cases they are accurate, and in others, it was me doing the groundwork and giving feedback for the agent to finally tell me there is an issue in their larger services."
"The scalability could be improved."
"We wanted to use Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, but we faced a timeout."
"A room for improvement in Microsoft Azure Logic Apps is that it's expensive. Every step is going to cost you money, so if someone is not doing the steps carefully, at the end of the day, it will cost a lot of money. Each time you execute a step, the cost will depend on how much you use Microsoft Azure Logic Apps, and how many workflow steps you have. Each time a step needs to be executed, there'll be a cost added to your bill. If the developer isn't careful with how he uses the solution, this can blow up the cost. What I'd like to see in the next release of Microsoft Azure Logic Apps is for the cost and security to be better."
"The only thing is, sometimes, when we need a specific connector, it requires an enterprise or paid version. If it were possible to provide the most commonly used connectors for pulling data from different sources free of cost, that would be really nice."
"The visual tool that is used to build integration is quite old."
"The solution lacks sufficient connectors."
"I would like to see the dashboarding and reporting processes improved."
"A limitation is that their cloud presence is only in North America and Europe."
"It is tedious to make a tailor-fit function."
"The management dashboard in the solution is an area with shortcomings that needs improvement."
"Workato's Extract, transform, and load (ETL) and extract, load, and transform (ELT) are not very strong and could be improved for very complex transformations."
"From the deployment point of view, our customers encounter platform downtime where it does not serve the actual request on the systems."
"The only minor drawback would be if there was a UI at the front of it, for apps and for a portal as well, it would make it really easy. It would be really useful if there were more apps capabilities."
