Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The sorting of the data is the best feature of Airtable. In a Google sheet I have to insert some data and Airtable provides the default option of doing it automatically.""The product helps us track activities, address complaints, and make improvements.""The product is very easy to use and flexible.""The solution makes it easy to structure data into simple data tables.""I am impressed with the product's user interface and integrations. It helps me to ship products very fast.""The relations and multiple-choice options are the most valuable features. For example, if I have one client but multiple projects in the same client, it's much easier to map it with Airtable than if I use a Google Sheet. The relationship between interfaces is a key feature that I use very often.""The product helps us track activities, address complaints, and make improvements.""I am impressed with the tool's continuous improvement. Every six months we get to see a completely different product. You can build a new product using no-code applications. We are able to scale up with the product."

"It can be used online or as an application from anywhere.""The most valuable feature of Trello stems from the fact of how easy it was with it to see large visual aspects, especially when people were getting their workflow in order.""Trello is quite easy to learn. The features that are available in the current version are enough to do your basic documentation and management.""While Nasuni has a learning curve, it becomes user-friendly once mastered.""Projects do not take as long and meetings take less time, since you know the status of developments or tests.""It has a very modern-looking interface.""I can see everything on one page, like sticky notes. It's very, very easy to use and very straightforward.""The product helps with the management of projects."

Cons
"The tool has changed the syncing time between the tables which has affected our multiple systems. I would like the product to add more calls per second to the API. It also needs to improve data storage. The tool starts to have problems after having huge amounts of data.""The product is slow when I try to add data to a table using API. There is also a limit on the databases.""The interfaces provided by the company have certainly undergone significant improvements since their earlier versions. The growth and progress have been remarkable. I have personally shared numerous feedback points and observed the prompt implementation of changes within a few months, which is highly commendable. However, I must admit that I have encountered several challenges with their interfaces.""It'd be nice if the record limit of 50,000 record limit per base on pro accounts were substantially higher.""The user interface should be more intuitive.""They should allow us to duplicate the data to share it with others.""The template library is huge. I have a few suggestions with respect to that. But to complete automation, I think a bit more documentation around that would be really helpful because there are a lot of features in that which common people explore them less""The product should improve the Spanish translation."

"Having more integration with third party tools is an area for improvement in Trello. It would also be nice if it has a voice messaging functionality similar to what you have in WhatsApp, for quicker communication with colleagues.""Trello has become complex over the years.""The tool should be able to predict the task completion dates based on the date assigned and sprint dates. It is also not commercial compared to competitors.""Trello does not provide you with as many functionalities as Jira and various third-party integrations provided by these different platforms.""Users should be able to log their time against the tasks and visual reports should be available in Trello for time spent.""Being able to export reports from Trello, general reports, or board reports, would improve the solution for me as a manager.""The product is not easy to use.""In terms of improvements, adding more artificial intelligence and making it more user-friendly in terms of design could be beneficial."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "The tool's pricing is based on the number of users. The product's pricing is okay for personal use. For large organizations, pricing can be a pain. As per the first-rate plan, you need to pay 10 USD per user. The next plan would cost you 20 USD per user. If you are looking for enterprise-type plans, then you need to contact the sales team."
  • "The product is a little bit expensive."
  • "For basic usage, Airtable is an open-source tool but if you need premium features like script automation, then you need to pay for it. As my clients provide me access after buying the subscription I do not have much knowledge about pricing."
  • "We are utilizing the free version of the software, which adequately meets most of our requirements. As we explore the higher-end versions, we have noticed that the primary distinctions lie in the number of records and usage limitations. However, the free version offers comprehensive functionality, and the disparity between the free and paid versions is minimal, with only a few minor differences."
  • "The solution is not expensive."
  • "Airtable's pricing depends on the plan that you're on."
  • "The product would be expensive for customers with only one application or database."
  • "The product's price is good."

  • "Maybe it would be better if they offered some extra tiers, so you don't have to go all the way up to the pro level."
  • "I use the free version of Trello, which is sufficient for my day to day use."
  • "I am tinkering with the free version."
  • "The free version of Trello covers all of the bases and all of our needs, so there's no cost involved for us. This is surprising for such a quality platform with no limitations on the key functionalities, though it also has a paid version."
  • "Its pricing is good. It is about $6 per license for what we use, but then there are other plans as well, such as $12 a month. I would rate it a nine out of ten in terms of pricing."
  • "The pricing for this solution is reasonable."
  • "We are currently using the open-source option."
  • "Paying for the solution's license is worth it only if our enterprise or organization can use Trello, integrated with some other solution, and we can have good reports."
