We performed a comparison between AWS Security Hub and SentinelOne Singularity Cloud Security based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out in this report how the two Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."AWS Security Hub provides comprehensive alerts about potential compliance issues with CIS standards. The integration with third-party tools is another excellent feature. All our workloads are on AWS."
"The most valuable features of the solution are the scanning of all the cloud environments and most of the compliances available in the cloud."
"The solution shows us our compliance score."
"The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the fact that it is easy to manage...It is a scalable solution."
"Very good at detection and providing real-time alerts."
"I find all of the features to be highly valuable."
"Currently, our organization utilizes AWS for various purposes, including SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and hosting applications in the cloud. We develop our applications and use AWS services as a platform for basic functions and secondary development needs. Additionally, we rely on PaaS for accounting services. Approximately, 50% of our applications are hosted in the cloud environment, making it a significant part of our current setup."
"Finding out if your infrastructure is secure is a valuable feature."
"PingSafe's graph explorer is a valuable tool that lets us visualize all connected services."
"We liked the search bar in PingSafe. It is a global search. We were able to get some insights from there."
"Cloud Native Security is a tool that has good monitoring features."
"The remediation process is good."
"The visibility PingSafe provides into the Cloud environment is a valuable feature."
"PingSafe offers an intuitive user interface that lets us navigate quickly and easily."
"Atlas security graph is pretty cool. It maps out relationships between components on AWS, like load balancers and servers. This helps visualize potential attack paths and even suggests attack paths a malicious actor might take."
"The most valuable feature of the solution is its storyline, which helps trace an event back to its source, like an email or someone clicking on a link."
"It is not flexible for multi-cloud environments."
"The solution will only give you insight if you have configure rule enabled. It should work more like Prisma Cloud and Dome9 which have a better approach."
"The support must be quicker."
"It's not user-friendly. Too much going on, too many unnecessary findings, not very visual. You can't do much compared to other similar tools that are cheaper and better."
"The solution should be easier to learn and use"
"The solution lacks self-sufficiency."
"Security needs to be measured based on their own criteria. We can't add custom criteria specific to our organization. For example, having an S3 bucket publicly available might be flagged as a critical alert, but it might not be critical in a sandbox environment. So, it gets flagged as critical, which becomes a false positive. So, customization options and creating custom dashboards would be areas for improvement."
"Although AWS Security Hub does a periodic scan of your overall infrastructure, it doesn't do it in real time."
"One of the issues with the product stems from the fact that it clubs different resources under one ticket."
"We'd like to have better notifications. We'd like them to happen faster."
"A beneficial improvement for PingSafe would be integration with Jira, allowing for a more streamlined ticketing system."
"Customized queries should be made easier to improve PingSafe."
"PingSafe can improve by eliminating 100 percent of the false positives."
"I'd like to see better onboarding documentation."
"It took us a while to configure the software to work well in this type of environment, as the support documents were not always clear."
"If I had to pick a complaint, it would be the way the hosts are listed in the tool. You have different columns separated by endpoint name, Cloud Account, and Cloud Instances ID. I wish there was something where we could change the endpoint name and not use just the IP address. We would like to have custom names or our own names for the instances. If I had a complaint, that would be it, but so far, it meets all the needs that we have."
