We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"AWS Security Hub provides comprehensive alerts about potential compliance issues with CIS standards. The integration with third-party tools is another excellent feature. All our workloads are on AWS.""I like that AWS Security Hub currently has several good features, around four or five. The technical support for AWS Security Hub is also responsive.""I find all of the features to be highly valuable.""The best feature of AWS Security Hub is that you can get compliance or your cloud's current security posture.""The solution shows us our compliance score.""The most valuable feature of AWS Security Hub is the ability to track when monitoring is not enabled on any of my resources.""Easily integrates with third-party tools""AWS Security Hub has very good integration features. It allows for AWS native services integration, and it helps us to integrate some of the services outside of AWS. They have partners, such as Amazon Preferred Network Partners (APN). If you have different security tools around APN, we can integrate those findings with AWS Security Hub reducing the need to refer to different portals or different UIs. You can have AWS Security Hub act as a single common go-to dashboard."

"Trellix Helix helps prevent email attacks, like phishing and email spoofing attacks.""The product offers very strong automation. Our cyber security analysts don't have to correlate the information to detect problems. They only need to analyze problems that have been identified by the platform.""It is kind of simple and very easily deployable. You can start working with it very fast.""The most valuable features include predefined use cases and threatening states.""I like that it's easy. It's got the protection set up, and we can see whatever is required. We write our own rules and the rules that we can input. I think it is good.""The integration is very useful and very easy. You can have an API connection with any cloud and I'll be able to do both ways of communication with the help of APA.""FireEye Helix's best features are its speed and use of an easy-to-understand language to send queries to the raw logs."

Cons
"One aspect that could be improved in the solution is its adaptability to different markets and geopolitical restrictions. In certain regions like Thailand, specific services from certain countries or providers, such as AWS or Azure, might be limited or blocked. It also needs improvement in would require configuring the solution more adaptable to AWS infrastructure and function.""The telemetry doesn't always go into the control center. When you have multiple instances running in AWS, you need a control tower to take feeds from Security Hub and analyze your results. Sometimes exemptions aren't passed between the control tower and Security Hub. The configuration gets mixed up or you don't get the desired results.""Whenever my team gets some alarms from the central team, my team needs to initiate whether it's a real or false trigger. The central team needs to keep adjusting to the parameters or at least the concerned IPs, whether it's really from the company's pool of IPs, so the trigger process can be improved. In the next release of AWS Security Hub, I'd like a better dashboard that could result in better alert visibility.""It's not user-friendly. Too much going on, too many unnecessary findings, not very visual. You can't do much compared to other similar tools that are cheaper and better.""The solution will only give you insight if you have configure rule enabled. It should work more like Prisma Cloud and Dome9 which have a better approach.""From an improvement perspective, there is a need to add more compliance since, right now, AWS Security Hub only provides four to five compliances to control the tool.""AWS Security Hub should improve the time it takes to update. It takes a long period of time when updating. It can take 24 hours sometimes to update. Additionally, when integrating this solution with more security tools, takes time.""The support must be quicker."

"It should have more cloud connectors. It could also be cheaper.""FireEye Helix would be improved with the option of an on-prem version, which they don't currently offer.""Sometimes the rules are disabled by FireEye, and we basically get it after the patch. I think there needs to be a better way of creating the application rules. I would like to see better pricing for our licensing.""We have certain challenges with integrating the SOAR platform with multiple vendors.""The graphical user interface could be improved. It's not easy to handle and it's not easy for a customer or end-user to learn how to manage the solution.""Trellix Helix's configuration and learning could be improved to identify normal traffic from abnormal and to identify trusted domains.""Integrations could be improved, and the dashboard could be a little better."
