Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It's an ideal gateway solution for small and medium businesses, i.e., around 300 devices can be easily handled.""The solution has good performance."

More Netgate TNSR Pros →

"The initial setup is very good.""The connection speed is fast. I can connect quickly at any time, and there are never any interruptions to the FortiClient connection. I could easily code into the client's server with that connection, with no lag.""It's got a very friendly user interface.""The solution's TNA feature blocks devices from entering the network that do not meet compliance protocols.""It supports securely connections for VPN users from outside our environment during the lockdown.""The VPN connection is the feature that I like the most.""It is a fantastic product. Its overall security is valuable. We are very impressed with the web filtering and the application firewall it provides.""When the user gets authenticated, I can assign a different VPN or network to each user."

More Fortinet FortiClient Pros →

"l like the high download speed of the solution. Of course, it depends on which country you're using, but most countries are fast, and the solution doesn't limit your internet speed very much."

Cons
"There must be a more easy-to-use GUI."

More Netgate TNSR Cons →

"Fortinet needs to cover more areas where threats can come from.""The software inventory part is not yet up-to-date. It doesn't have a great interface, which is a disadvantage. I wish we could leverage it, but we don't use it at all because it's not that reliable.""They have an EDR feature for end protection detection and response, and this is actually with an add-on subscription, which is charged separately. What I would like to see is this included with the base cost.""There is lagging in some of the authentication tools to support the newer versions, this is happening because they are not supported.""FortiClient is not great in Linux.""It takes too long to install.""I would like to see endpoint detection and response included.""We've had some problems with having to remove the current version and either reinstalling an old version or updating to the new one."

More Fortinet FortiClient Cons →

"The problem with the solution is that most of the time, it uses a certain IP address that does not change much. If I'm using a different country, like Germany, it still uses the same IP address, and the downside is that this doesn't work well with services like Netflix because Netflix realizes that I'm using a VPN."
