Find out what your peers are saying about GitLab, Jenkins, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and others in Build Automation."The important feature is the entire process of versioning source code maintenance and easy deployment. It is a necessity for the CI/CD pipeline."

"The SaaS setup is impressive, and it has DAST solutioning."
"CI/CD is very good. The version control system is also good. These are the two features that we use."
"GitLab's best features are maintenance, branch integration, and development infrastructure."
"The platform has some amazing features and the integration option makes it very simple to plug with any of our favorite tools."
"Testing against multiple run times, versions, and environments is a plus point with the additional pipelines making it more interesting to see what is happening across your development process in a single pane of glass."
"Perhaps the integration could be better."
"The integration could be slightly better."
"The documentation is confusing."
"Expand features to match other tools such as a static code analysis tool so third-party integrations are not required."
"GitLab could add a plugin to integrate with Kubernetes stuff."
"I've noticed an area for improvement in GitLab, particularly needing to go through many steps to push the code to the repository. Resolving that issue would make the product better. My team quickly fixed it by writing a small script, then double-clicking or enabling the script to take care of the issue. However, that quick fix was from my team and not the GitLab team, so in the next release, if an automatic deployment feature would be available in GitLab, then that would be good because, in Visual Studio, you can do that with just one click of a button."
"When deploying the solution on cloud and the CI/CD pipeline, we have to define the steps and it becomes confusing."
"I would like to have some features to support peer review."
"They could work on reducing the number of permissions required while using Bitbucket."
