We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"For machine learning, there is an in-built document and text classification feature in INTELLIBOT. That is unlike other RPA tools where one needs to procure a separate license. Besides this, the application is easy to use. One valuable feature is the drag-and-drop feature for AI and email intelligence. It is easier than using UiPath's IQ bot.""The return on investment is pretty good because the license cost is cheaper than other RPA tools in the market.""I have found the most valuable feature to be the straightforward visual editor, it has close to no code required. It allowed us to deploy the email monitoring in this couple of weeks.""It is a stable product. We have been using it for 15 months now, and there have been no issues.""This solution is easy to use and requires little coding knowledge.""There's a helpful community available through the portal.""The replay of the automation is an awesome feature."

"The initial setup is pretty straightforward.""It helps with the feedback mechanism, where we need to determine the relevant team and obtain their email addresses.""You can create a flow, and it can be shared across different environments.""We use Power Automate for applicant tracking and automated around 80 percent of the process.""Power Automate is intuitive and easy to use.""I have found the scheduling and email notifications features to very good compared to other RPA tools I have used.""The most valuable feature of Microsoft Power Automate in the desktop version is web scraping because you can do a lot with it. I work in retail and you can study prices changes, which can give you a lot of information. The solution is no code which is a large advantage.""Different trigger events were most valuable. You could schedule a process on a recurring basis, at a certain time of day or week, or when something happens, which is huge."

Cons
"I would like to see the cognitive marketing platform improved.""Currently, there are not many documents available on Google that explain each activity and how to use it or how to use the parameters and pass values.""The solution is heavily dependant on scripts, such as JavaScript or any other external script that needs to be a part of the system. If they want to grow, the scripting dependency should go away. They should have built-in libraries to pull in work from.""Has limited functionality and uses extensive resources.""A couple of times, we noticed that some bugs caused the bot to go in the wrong flow.""The first pain point of INTELLIBOT was with the development. Whenever the company developed any command, they published it directly onto their SQL site, and our current automation got auto-updated. The second pain point was with the action set. It could be stronger. Moreover, if I am doing UiPath automation, I have to do it with the Internal Report for now.""The trigger actions need to be more robust."

More INTELLIBOT Cons →

"One of the challenges is dealing with OCR text recognition.""The speed of the application could be improved.""It's not as user-friendly as a solution such as UiPath, which is really easy to use.""The licensing model is difficult to understand and is something that should be improved.""They can provide a deeper level of feedback about running processes. When I compare it to Blue Prism, the control room has slightly less information about the running processes and possible errors. I'm not a pro, so I am not entirely sure if this is a core feature of the product or if it is because of the way our partners have developed it or set it up.""There are some bugs or intermittent behavior in the Excel activities that require using workarounds.""It can have customizations like enterprise solutions. In the approval section, there should be an option to reassign approval to some other employee. It would be good if we are able to create custom tables by linking to an item, and there is an integration with the HTML table through HTTP calls or Swagger connectors.""Enhancing Power Automate to work synchronously instead of asynchronously would eliminate the need for additional coding, saving time in project implementation."
