"Microsoft BitLocker's most valuable features are stability and simplicity in terms of usage."
"It's very straightforward to recover data. It's safe for us; in case of lost information, it provides multiple options to recover the data."
"The most valuable feature is the authentication process which is very fast."
"One significant aspect is that without the BitLocker key, you can't log in to the user's laptop. I appreciate the capability to encrypt the user's hard drive, ensuring access only with the recovery key. In an enterprise setup, we store all BitLocker keys on our server. So, whenever a user attempts to log in, the architecture authenticates with the key. This ensures that our data is secure. Even if the user's laptop is lost, we have confidence that the data remains inaccessible. So far, our user data is well-protected."
"It's a straightforward solution for encryption."
"Microsoft BitLocker can be used to ensure that stolen PCs or laptops do not lose their data."
"While it helps mitigate unauthorized data access by enhancing file and system protection through encryption, the tool is really enhanced with the combination of other Microsoft Security and Compliance features like data labeling."
"It's my understanding that the initial setup is straightforward."
"In general terms, it is working properly and according to our expectations. The comfort of feeling secure is the most valuable. Some customers had certain fears about changing the product because no one wants to lose any kind of information or to have some problems or inconsistencies while migrating from one product to another."
"The encryption feature is very good."
"The most valuable feature is that it works in the background so that the end-users are not aware of what is happening on the laptop."
"This product is a solid, all-in-one solution for enterprise data management."
"It has reduced the number of incidents related to the loss of information."
"The solution’s installation was easy."
"The solution is pretty stable."
"We can extend it to all of the critical endpoints and the servers, and we can ensure the confidentiality of the data."
"The product must improve the centralization of keys."
"The management of the product could be made a little easier."
"The only thing that could be slightly improved is the occasional stability issue."
"If integration with Active Directory are not mandatory for him, I think that there are many other solutions in the market that equal or are much stronger than Microsoft."
"If the encryption was faster then it would make the experience more pleasant."
"The solution should offer encryption for other items such as shared folders, removable media, etc."
"It needs a management console."
"There is room for improvement in stability."
"The instability of the company and lack of presence in the Middle East is affecting product use."
"From an administration point of view, maybe it would be ideal to have it centrally managed."

"They have too high of a price tag. That's why they're losing the market share."
"We would like some advanced security protection features."
"Upgrades from one version to another may only sometimes be straightforward, especially if one needs a clearer understanding of the process."
"I do not find the environment to be very user-friendly."
"It's a bit difficult to get good support. Their response times are really bad."
