"From an administration standpoint, it's very easy to manage, and I feel pretty confident in the security of the product. "It's a very robust solution and it's very configurable. Before this product we would use an ESB-type of solution which required us to write code and go through a process. We can configure the SEEBURGER solution much more easily, instead of writing code... It can handle large files very well.""If SEEBURGER plans to do something, they will meet their target. We haven't been disappointed by them at all. For example, we had six trading partners to onboard and they said, "We'll make it happen," and they did make it happen. They did exactly what they said they would do. That's a really positive thing.""SEEBURGER has helped us to enable digital business transformation. Every time we add a new customer, there is a digital footprint. This is no longer a manual process.""The solution is flexible when it comes to adding integrations. It is much easier to use than the other tools we have to move the files. "Something that I would like to see is better upgrade support. We had looked at getting help with an upgrade, and to do it after hours, it was going to be $6,000. It only takes 15 minutes to do. It'd be nice if the after-hour support was a little more reasonable.""It would be beneficial to include a feature that allows you to hide items and not be locked out if someone has made too many password attempts.""In future releases, MOVEit could add support for some additional protocols. For example, I don't think they supported the SFTP or FTPS protocols at the time.""It takes some time to learn and understand how the solution functions.""With the new other vendors coming up, they come up with certain features, in addition to the file transfer. But MOVEit does not develop their product. "There might be some improvements they could make to the portal, but they're not anything that stops me from working.""The initial set up was done by SEEBURGER consulting. It can be complex due to various factors, such as server settings, database settings, and security settings.""The initial setup is not the straightforward. But if it were integrated well within the existing suite, it could be straightforward for me.""We occasionally get ZIP files. Sometimes the ZIP file has one file inside of it, and sometimes the ZIP file might have 30 files inside of it. We have been working with SEEBURGER to enhance their PKUNZIP process to be able to unzip multiple files in a single workflow instead of just one file. This is still something that is in process.""There are some aspects at the front, the actual queries that you use, that could be improved. They're all very minor to be honest.""A person whom I work with, and is not very technical, found the setup complex, as there are a lot of steps.""We don't have much access to the logs or what's happening. So we have to log a ticket with SEEBURGER. We only get a message that something has failed... we have to open a ticket with SEEBURGER for them to tell us exactly what the issue is... I would like us to be able to be more self-sufficient."
