"The simplicity and intuitiveness of the platform. It was a very simple adaptation, if you have any experience in virtualization."
"Using cluster with Hyper-V had a major impact on our protection environment. So all applications were virtualized using Hyper-V."
"It's a very manageable product."
"The solution is stable and the cost is reasonable."
"My understanding is it's easy to set up."
"The initial setup was straightforward. It was easy to install."
"We have a higher capacity server (specification wise) so there is no need to buy another additional hardware."
"The most valuable feature is the high availability of the solution."
"It has allowed us to be more resilient to infrastructure and hardware failure, reduced hardware costs, and decreased recovery time from failures."
"The technical support is good and they are available over the internet."

"It's inherently complex. Operating a large virtual infrastructure is not an easy task for anyone."
"I’d like to see a better web console or rather, transform the web console in a real single pane of glass for the whole infrastructure instead of having to go for vRealize Ops Manager."
"I would like to see improvements in simplifying automation, cloud native deployment, administration, and fault resolution."
"The solution could be more stable."
"This solution should have a better backup policy. Furthermore, there should be an ability to expose the universal machine. In the current version, you need to shutdown and use an offline virtual machine to backup."
"I would like to see better fault and performance reporting in the GUI."
"Generally, the user interface needs to be improved for non-technical people."
