I did encounter issues during the install. For most issues the concierge service only sent me links to documentation I already had. Once I was given a dedicated resource to assist in troubleshooting the level of support was great. View full review »

The installation process will depend on the solution topology from the infrastructure point of view. But if you go for the easy way (Everything installed on the same box) the installation process is easy.
