My company represents OpenText here in Israel as a partner. OpenText Exceed TurboX (ETX) has a hybrid cloud deployment. It's a cloud product, so I access it remotely on a browser. Still, you need to install the application server next to the application you want to externalize, so it's a hybrid installation. I'd rate it eight out of ten overall. It's very easy to use.
