If ADAudit Plus could include reporting of non-Microsoft products; it would be a great enhancement. Otherwise, we only have a Microsoft-based environment. So, for us, it is up to the mark. But I don't see it fitting in very well with companies that have a hybrid environment. In future releases, I would appreciate better integration with Log360. There are a few things that ADAudit Plus can do, but LogRhythm cannot. So, I want them to have a common language or platform to display all these details on one page. Having a unified ecosystem rather than having to log in to multiple tools would be beneficial. It can be a single dashboard with all these details.

The solution should include more details on file creation and modification. It also needs to have a quick message for troubleshooting problems which needs to be detailed and generic.
The solution can be improved by including more templates and reports, especially for the locked and locked-out passwords and for locked-out users. It needs special attention to identify why specific users have been locked out.
Its configuration can be better. There were 44 pages of documented notes of what I had to do to get the product to work during the installation process.
ADAudit Plus can be very tricky, especially if we need to do some high-availability configuration or distributed environment installation. They could improve this by making their documentation clearer. In the next release, ADAudit Plus should include tighter integration with QRadar because their standard syslog forwarding needs a lot of parsing and configuration on the QRadar SIEM system site, which requires a lot of manual work.

ADAudit could have a more sophisticated interface design. They are using a plain UI, which is decent. However, customers have said that it looks a little flat compared to other vendors. It's not fancy.
One problem with ADAudit is that it has too many configurations to apply to the active directory server, which makes it difficult to use. This could be improved by adding a feature that could automatically apply the right configuration.
The only improvement I can think of is that maybe they could improve a little on how easy it is to use. In my experience, it is very user-friendly in general terms but there are possibly even too many reports. There are so many reports that it can be a headache. If there was a way to customize reporting or a way to build customized views, this could simplify the navigation of the reports. If we can make our own views, that would be a fine enhancement. So that is what I would like to see in the next update: improvement on the organization and customization possibilities in the reporting feature.
In real-time, ensure critical resources in the network like the Domain Controllers are audited, monitored and reported with the entire information on AD objects - Users, Groups, GPO, Computer, OU, DNS, AD Schema and Configuration changes with 200+ detailed event specific GUI reports and email alerts.
The solution's managing file server activity could be improved.
