"The features that I have found most valuable are the ability to customize it and to reduce its size. It lets you run in a very small window in terms of memory and resources on legacy cash registers."
"NGAV and EDR features are outstanding."
"I like FortiClient EMS. FortiEDR has a lot of great features like lockdown mode, remote wipes, and encryption. I can set malware outbreak policies and controls for detecting abnormalities. You can also simulate phishing attacks."
"It is stable and scalable."
"Fortinet FortiEDR's firewalling, rule creation, monitoring, and inspection profiles are great."
"Fortinet FortiEDR's scalability is quite good, and you can add licenses to the solution."
"Having all monitoring, response, tracking, and mitigation tools in one dashboard provides our analysts and SOC team with a comprehensive view at a glance."
"Fortinet is very user-friendly for customers."
"It is very powerful tooling that can be tuned a lot."
"SandBlast Agent is always working in the background collecting sensitive data, forensics, and notifying users whenever there is a chance of a brute-force attack into our systems. Otherwise, it has been protecting our data at various geographies along with the endpoints that we set up on the cloud. They have been able to filter out or thwart any attacks from the very word, "Go," and make our work very safe and smooth."
"The standout features are primarily EDR and MDR."
"The real-time threat prevention capabilities stand out as a fortress against malware, ransomware, and evolving cyber threats, offering a proactive defense that safeguards our organization's critical assets."
"The dashboard is user-friendly and easy to understand."
"The most valuable feature is the Zero-day protection, which covers our on-premises users, and well as those users who are outside of our network."
"The most valuable feature of Check Point Harmony Endpoint is centralized management."
"The zero-day threat prevention is excellent."
"Ability to specify the level of protection on devices,"
"We use the solution for endpoint protection, virus detection, and centralized administration."
"The initial setup was extremely straightforward and very easy."
"The interface is really good. It's nice and simple."
"The most valuable features in Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business are protection and encryption. Additionally, the interface is good and it can be integrated with Windows, Linux, and Mac."
"We have had no troubles installing, maintaining, or deploying the product for our clients."
"Deployment and centralized management are essential for us because of the number of loads that we have along with the number of geographic locations where we are based."
"I have found the security, device, web and application controls to be the most valuable features."
"Everything with Fortinet having to do with their cloud services. They need to invest more in their internal infrastructure that they are running in the cloud. One of the things I find with their cloud environment compared to others' is that they go cheap on the equipment. So it causes some performance degradation."
"We'd like to see more one-to-one product presentations for the distribution channels."
"FortiEDR could add a separate scanning dashboard. In incident management, we prefer to remove the endpoint system from the environment and scan the system. We typically use Symantec for that, but if we want to use FortiEDR for that, then we need a scanning tab to clarify things."
"It takes about two business days for initial support, which is too slow in urgent situations."
"The support needs improvement."
"Cannot be used on mobile devices with a secure connection."
"The SIEM could be improved."
"I think cloud security and SASE are areas of concern in the product where improvements are required. The tool's cloud version has to be improved in terms of the security it offers."
"We did have some early compatibility issues, which I hope Check Point has since resolved."
"It gives you an alert for malicious sites, which, after searching on the Google database, don't come out to be the same."
"The solution can be made lightweight in order to keep the systems more effective during the background operations of the scanning and security checks."
"Configuration with some applications did not take place effectively due to setup complications."
"As I understand there will be a URL filtering feature included with the browser agent in the future. This will allow URL filtering without the need for a Gateway Device. This is something I am looking forward to and would be a great addition to list of features."
"I would like to see support for a policy in the appliance that will refuse to create a connection if it does not detect an active virus scanner."
"The web filter service could be improved."
"A little change in the product's user interface is required since it is one of the areas where the product has certain shortcomings."
"Kaspersky and most other security products have a lot of modules. They recently added several new ones. You find yourself buying and deploying so many things. There are some modules that everyone uses, like, for example, the orchestration module. Instead of selling them separately, it would be better to have bundles or an all-in-one license."
"When it comes to handling the expiration of licenses, the solution should give a company more time to set up a renewal. It happens too abruptly right now."
"There are many improvements needed, such as faster responses, faster notification, and immediate reports."
"I'd like to see them improve encryption and remote management in the future. Kaspersky could also improve its scanning technology. Other solutions have adopted machine learning and deep learning, but Kaspersky still uses signature-based scanning."
"It would be beneficial to have more robust cloud management capabilities for Endpoint."
"It would be preferable if the product were more proactive and more modern in its approach to security and protection."
"It would be great if, as an additional feature, you could download updates without deploying updates to end users."
"As far as improvements, maybe the licensing could be cheaper, but I think this solution is pretty okay."
