We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"You can easily monitor, manage, and cover all your IT equipment.""The solution is pretty generic and easy to use.""In terms of reporting, in terms of all the user reports, it's very rich.""The most valuable feature of the solution is Marvis, the AI-driven network management system.""Overall, we've been very pleased with the performance.""The solution is stable.""The solution is very secure.""The AI capabilities of Mist Wireless are superior to other OEMs."

"I believe the initial setup was straightforward."

More ADTRAN Bluesocket Wireless Pros →

"I have found it to be stable.""The most valuable thing to me is the stability of the product.""The most valuable feature of Cisco Meraki Wireless LAN is that it is fast and does the job.""The product's cloud availability feature is the most valuable for network management.""It's a stable product.""It's simple to manage when there's a problem.""We're able to automate as well as manually control as necessary.""What I liked about these is that they worked. I didn't touch them or do anything with them. They were up and running when I came here. Once they are set up and running, you don't have to worry about them."

Cons
"If you want to do more specific stuff, it's a bit limited.""They should include SD-WAN features to it.""Enrolling into the tool is a tedious process.""Improving third-party integration is key for Juniper Mist's next release.""The product should include adaptive Wi-Fi to show a more accurate location.""Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points’ support services need improvement.""The pricing is very high in the Indian market.""Improvement is needed in the user-friendliness of Juniper Mist, particularly in enhancing the interaction with AI features."

More Juniper Mist Wireless Access Points Cons →

"Having a better dashboard management system that the client can use to access and control their environment would be a nice addition to the product.""Support is not really up to par in quickly addressing issues."

More ADTRAN Bluesocket Wireless Cons →

"The customization needs to be improved because it's pretty locked down.""The biggest pain point is that they limit you through firewall throughput. I understand why they do it, but that really grates me. For instance, for 450 Mbps throughput, you're looking at £800 for a router, whereas if you look at the one gig connection, for some of us are lucky enough to have a gig connection, you could almost be spending £3,000 for the option to have one gig connectivity. That's one of the pain points I've got. I don't mind paying for throughput, but I should at least have the option to be able to update that throughput, maybe through extra licensing or something else. It is crazy expensive to jump through to the next one.""In some cases, they could include enhanced features in the product, such as a firewall console and traffic analysis.""The signal coverage radius could be extended.""Quality of technical support varies.""The issue primarily revolves around failure to renew the license on time, leading to service termination.""Recently I have seen that the Meraki access point, maybe due to congestion, just kicks off my customers, mostly when they are in Zoom meetings or Teams meetings and they have to reconnect.""The dashboard could be a bit better. I'd like to see more information about the whole controller and APs. It should be as simple and convenient."

  • More ADTRAN Bluesocket Wireless Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "Negotiate the deal put in front of you!"
  • "At this price point, I would not mind seeing a four-way channel, instead of a 3x3 or a 4x4, like they do in the Cisco Aironet system with their other brand. For the same price point in this other Cisco brand, it is a lot cheaper, and you can get a slightly better throughput than you can with these."
  • "If you are wondering if Meraki can work for you, contact one of their representatives because they will do onsite trials where you can set up their system. If it does not work, you can send it back to them for no charge."
  • "The price is negotiable."
  • "It's a pretty good value, but not great. Pricing is on a yearly basis for the Meraki solution."
  • "The price is good, but it could be improved."
  • "You have to renew your contract every year, or for three or for five years. If you do not pay right away they will suspend your subscription."
  • "The pricing is based on a subscription and is a bit high at the moment."
