"We haven't had any issues with scalability - we have over a thousand employees, and G Suite just scales."
"I think it is a great subscription for me. I think it is important, especially when making an internal email subscription. For example, I can easily create my colleague's email address, and we can use it. I benefited from G Suite. I am using the G Suite Drive, which provides 30GB of storage, and it is helping for me. I think it's better for me."
"It's easy to control the admin settings, like updating the SDS, NIK, etc. I"
"The solution offers very good email. It's a very good email provider."
"Good search features, reliable storage, and quick thinking."
"The initial setup is easy because it's all pre-configured."
"They are launching more and more features for mobile, which I understand our customers appreciate."
"The most valuable feature of Google Workspace is the sheets and documents."
"I had a very bitter experience with their mobile app."
"There are too many steps for sharing pictures."
"Google Mail's spam filter needs improvement. If I'm sending mail to another email user, sometimes it goes to the spam folder, and they won't know unless they check because they aren't seeing it in the primary inbox. They may miss important emails. At the same time, I'm receiving spam that shouldn't go to my inbox."
"Everything is online, so you don't have a client on your desk. Working on email is online work, so can't do work offline and go back online. Sometimes it's not so intuitive. If you answer an email, it puts your answer at the bottom of the existing email."
"Integrating Copilot with Google Workspace is slightly difficult."
"For Google Docs, if you upload a Word document up to Google Docs, it could mess up your formatting quite a bit."
"The UI could be more graphic and sassy, but otherwise, it is quite functional."
"What needs improvement in Google Workspace is the Google Drive app, in particular, making the process of finding the shared and most used files and folders easier. The first time you get an invite to view a file or folder in Google Drive and you view that folder or file, it's pretty easy, but the next time you try to access it again, sometimes, it's a bit difficult to find what was shared with you. An additional feature I'd like to see in Google Workspace is the option to un-send messages in Gmail. Microsoft has a message recall feature, and this isn't available in Gmail, so it's the feature I'd like to be added to Gmail."
"If you use a name with a special character like a slash in the folder, it will crash the migration, with no warning. There is no pre-warning or anything to tell you that if you use characters in a file name that it will crash the migration."
