"Fortinet has helped free up around 20 percent of our staff's time to help us out."
"I like FortiClient EMS. FortiEDR has a lot of great features like lockdown mode, remote wipes, and encryption. I can set malware outbreak policies and controls for detecting abnormalities. You can also simulate phishing attacks."
"The ease of deployment and configuration is valuable. It's very easy compared to other vendors like Sophos. Sophos' configuration is complex. Fortinet is a lot easier to understand. You don't need a lot of admin knowledge to do the configuration."
"Ability to get forensics details and also memory exfiltration."
"Fortinet FortiEDR's firewalling, rule creation, monitoring, and inspection profiles are great."
"Fortinet FortiEDR's scalability is quite good, and you can add licenses to the solution."
"The performance is good compared to other products that slow down the laptop, post-installation."
"It's not heavy on the system."
"It's straightforward to set up."
"The solution can scale well."
"It warns you if there is a threat and it's perfect because it runs in the background and doesn't interfere with anything."
"Avast as a product is as easy as it gets - everything is outlined and transparent in terms of licensing."
"It has increased productivity. IT threats are kept at a minimum because of this product."
"The ease of deployment and the command center that they have are the most valuable. It is basically self-monitoring. It doesn't require that much tinkering after you deploy or install."
"It provides a robust defense against cybersecurity threats while offering user-friendly features like notifications and approval prompts."
"The loss prevention feature would be the most valuable."
"Dynamic Application Containment."
"The package of protection that it provides is useful. It has antivirus, malware protection, VPN, and a whole bunch of other features."
"The performance is good."
"When Intel acquired McAfee they worked on the protocol so that all vendors can work on the same platform. It's a very big improvement in McAfee. All McAfee products talk to each other. Other vendor's products can join this platform as well so it makes it more powerful on the enterprise side for McAfee."
"McAfee Complete Endpoint Protection is stable. We don't have any bugs being reported."
"One valuable feature is Threat Prevention with the on-demand scan."
"Intelligence aspects need improvement"
"The solution is not user-friendly."

"Once, we had an event that was locked and blocked, but information about it came to us two or three days later."
"ZTNA can improve latency."
"The EDR console should have more extensive reporting. You shouldn't need to purchase FortiAnalyzer. It should be included in the EDR part. The security adviser cloud platform could be improved with more options for exclusive or intensive rules for devices."
"Cannot be used on mobile devices with a secure connection."
"The accuracy of the scanner could be improved."
"Avast Business Endpoint Protection would be improved with more frequent updates."
"Where I have faced a challenge is on the reporting. I would like to see something that provides information regarding the next month or quarter, in terms of reporting."
"Making the price a bit cheaper would be an improvement."
"The solution needs to be more secure and work to protect us better from people trying to mess with our systems."

"The solution could improve by providing more security."
"If there's a possibility for remote assistance or investigation support in the future, it would be beneficial. Currently, we use another remote software for such purposes. If this feature could be included in the next version, that would be an improvement. The feature is called Remote Administration. I'm somewhat satisfied, but there's an issue I recently encountered. When attempting to scan a suspected host machine, Symantec Endpoint Security did not provide any alerts. However, when we installed Malwarebytes and ran a scan, it detected a threat that wasn't identified by Symantec. We raised this concern with the team for resolution, and the investigation is still ongoing."
"I've encountered minor challenges related to encryption."
"The solution's technical support should be improved since we faced a lot of issues with the support. There were some delays in responses from the technical support."
"There are times the solution has some additional software added that is not fully integrated properly, such as Exchange Group Sheild. It is quite old and is not fully integrated properly and could be improved."
"We know that McAfee isn't the best antivirus and it can't protect us 100%, although we are okay with the level of protection that it gives us."
"Its pricing needs to be improved."
"The platform needs improvement in terms of handling heavy databases."
"The solution needs to offer better local technical support."
