"We can reconfigure a client’s setup remotely with minimal effort."
"It's a very easy solution for the most part, it's very easy to implement and very easy to administer."
"The product provides a universal dashboard."
"The stability of the solution is very good. It's reliable. We don't have crashes or experience freezing. There aren't bugs or glitches."
"Initial setup was easy."
"The solution is easy to use and support."
"The solution is simple."
"It's extremely competitive and very good for a product in this sphere."
"One of the standout features of Intune is its seamless accessibility to work data, eliminating the need to be tied to an office or a desktop."
"The best feature is that we don't need to worry about downtime. We don't need to worry about the network connections of our office or the virtual private network. Everything is being done through the internet. Using Intune Autopilot, we can configure and deploy everything to the devices."
"The Autopilot feature is fantastic. It is a Microsoft product, so it deals best with Microsoft operating systems, but it can integrate with iOS, Mac OS, Linux, and Android."
"It has a useful device management feature."
"It's really easy to access."
"While Microsoft Intune boasts a wide range of features, its user-friendliness and bundled licensing cost are key considerations for me."
"I like the fact that it's integrated with the rest of the Microsoft products, so customers can manage it from their Office 365 portal or Azure portal."

"It doesn't seem to be able to establish some VPN tunnels with other devices in a particular way that such as an ASA can do for us."
"I've participated in numerous product launches primarily focused on HP and Dell. Consequently, there should be a vested interest in local gatherings to showcase product advantages and performance. Particularly in Singapore, it only has so limited integrators to engage in IP product sales. There's room for improvement through dedicated workshops and training. The European and Western markets differ significantly from the context here. The physical location holds more importance. Thus, they should have a survey to evaluate demand, supply, and sales points, tailoring strategies accordingly."
"The maintenance is average."
"They need to allocate more energy in terms of their offering to devices that are not Apple devices."
"Meraki is limiting our connections."
"The cost of installing this solution can be more expensive depending on who is doing the installation. Cisco is very expensive, and I'd like to see a reduction in cost."
"Cisco's authorized scripting can be complicated. For example, we sometimes enter the wrong code using this script, and then we had to dictate to find the problem."
"Integration with other tools, such as, ConnectWise Automate."
"Sometimes, updating a client policy is very difficult. This needs to be improved."
"There should be more focus on mobile device security and integration."
"The mobile and tablet-based versions need improvement because they are not completely user-friendly, compared to the web version. Also, data synchronization with our existing asset manager, the synchronization between multiple assets and multiple devices, takes a lot of time due to the security scanning. It should be reduced."
"It would be great if Intune offered better data protection controls for BYOD Windows PCs."
"While Intune works perfectly well, the only potential downside is that the deployment could be a bit complex for some users."
"In future releases, I would like to see better integration with Apple products."
"More integration with monitoring tools is needed."
"Deploying an app can be a complex process due to dependencies."
