It's so easy to use that a customer can easily understand the process with zero knowledge of the system
I'm an implementer, not an end user. I gather equipment from the customer and configure the product end to end for them from scratch. Ramco can be used for ERP, HCM, procurement, sales, CRM, supply chain, etc, but most customers will use HCM for payroll. It's available on-premises and on the cloud…

You can ask questions about your leave balance, attendance, or things like that, and you will get an immediate reply from the chatbot. It also supports approval through email."
