"Firmware updates are a bit painful because you have to involve their support, as opposed to having the ability to do it yourself.""I would like to see the rack change. They have defaulted to the standard rack, so our fiber cables are crowded when we shut our back door.""Dell should work on their marketing strategies to make the product more visible on the market. They should promote the product's compatibility with IBM, as not everyone knows it.""The NVMe integration could be improved.""The solution does not use new versions of OS and patches. Its installation is also difficult. The solution is not as fast as other storage in the market.""Dell can improve the Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance. Sometimes, when we need to replace a component, the SLA says four hours, but for some reason, the technician doesn't arrive until the next business day or even six to eight hours later before the case is placed.
