Pros
"Integration is the best feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It integrates quickly across multiple apps and has a lot of APIs available that you can link to. It's very customizable, so we're able to tailor it to a client's needs.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a comprehensive solution and is well-integrated into other Microsoft solutions, including ERP solutions. Additionally, it is feature-rich.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a stable solution.""The most valuable feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is its performance.""The feature I like best in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is being able to market to segments instead of choosing individual people to market to.""The initial setup is pretty straightforward.""The Outlook calendar has been very helpful for us.""The most valuable feature is that because this solution uses the cloud, you only have to install it and allocate it to a user, making it quite easy to use."

"The solution is easy to use.""The product is stable...The product is scalable.""We find manufacturing and stock quite useful, as well as the CRM to be the most valuable features.""Odoo operates on a subscription-based model, ensuring access to the most up-to-date version at all times.""Odoo is highly scalable.""Odoo's setup phase is easy.""Odoo is widespread in a lot of different industries, and the most powerful feature of Odoo in the manufacturing industry is the forecast.""Odoo is open source, so we can develop it and adjust it to our requirements. Cons
"The main issue with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is that its GUI isn't very attractive. Overall, the solution has the same functionalities as other CRMs such as Salesforce, but Salesforce is much simpler to use. Microsoft Dynamics CRM is complicated to use, and this is another area for improvement. It was also more difficult to set up the solution, so its setup could still be improved. What I'd like to see in the next version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a cleaner user interface because currently, it looks messy to me. Salesforce CRM has a better, more simplified user interface that makes it easier for you to get what you need, while in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you have to put in a lot of effort to get things done.""We had to do some customizations on top and it got a bit cumbersome.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be far superior if it had an analytical dashboard and AI-based systems.""It lacks to provide a more detailed profile of the customer, which would have been better and more useful.""Microsoft Dynamics CRM is operational enough, in terms of frequency, but an area for improvement would be its dashboard. Currently, it's widget-like, so hopefully, it could be improved, particularly to allow you to create a custom dashboard using a query. A custom dashboard would make the solution better and is an additional feature I'd like to see in the next release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM because right now, it only has a default dashboard, but maybe my account has limited access, so I can only see the default version of the dashboard.""The solution's interface has room for improvement.""The solution could improve by having better integration documentation.""The performance could be improved."

"The range of choices and functionalities has space for enhancement.""The tool needs to improve its scalability.""Currently, the regional office is in Dubai, and I believe it would be beneficial to establish a regional office in Pakistan to enhance support and accessibility for users in our country.""Odoo’s asset management, supply chain, and advanced manufacturing should be improved.""Odoo lacks a complete dashboard, and the reports are basic. The reporting could be improved by adding some graphics.""Odoo could be better integrated with our warehouse management system.""There is room for improvement in Odoo, especially in enhancing its reporting capabilities.""Odoo could improve its newsletters and social media campaign features, which currently feel a bit weak."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "We have to buy a separate license in order to implement the social listening feature."
  • "It's kind of pricey. It's about $50 or $60 per user."
  • "I am not the person who pays for Microsoft Dynamics CRM but it is expensive. I have been using Microsoft Azure, which Microsoft Dynamics CRM is built on, and I know we prepaid for the services. For me as a consumer, I do not think I can afford it, mainly because I am only learning how to use the AI and the rate which they charge is high. In general, Microsoft solutions are expensive and this is most likely due to the brand, this is something you expect. However, the price might be high but you receive a highly secure solution."
  • "There is a license required to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM."
  • "The price of the solution is good but could be cheaper."
  • "We have a three-year ELA with all our Microsoft solutions and often we had to do a true-up which was approximately $1,000,000. Additionally, we pay approximately $2,500 a month for support."
  • "Pricing for this software could be cheaper."
  • "The solution is open source and is free. However, it does require a Dynamics 365 subscription."

  • "It is very affordable for any type of business. And this is one of the main advantages of Odoo. Small businesses can subscribe and this is a very good feature."
  • "The cost is expensive but cheaper than some other competitors."
  • "Its pricing is well-received in Latin America. They sell by the user. In October 2022, they changed the way they sell Odoo. They commercialized Odoo. They now sell by the user. The cost of a user is $13.5 five per month for Latin America, which is lower than other ERPs."
  • "The price of the solution depends on the use case. However, it can be expensive and we are paying annually."
  • "Currently, we pay around 5000-6,000 USD per month, though I am not sure. We have to pay additionally for maintenance and support."
  • "Odoo is cheap compared to competitors."
  • "Odoo is an open-source tool. I don't have to pay for it."
  • "On a scale from one to ten, where one means high price, and ten means low price, I rate Odoo's pricing a five or six out of ten."
