On the other hand, Trend Micro Cloud One needs improvement in pricing, automation, setup, licensing, marketing documentation, local agent logs, alerts, and flexibility.

Trend Micro Cloud One was noted for having a shared support center with 100 resources deployed 24/7, and customers rated their technical support for Container Security at nine or ten out of ten.
Ease of Deployment: AWS Security Hub is easy to set up and requires minimal maintenance, while Trend Micro Cloud One's setup can be more complex and time-consuming, depending on the user's technical skills and environment. AWS Security Hub requires policy configuration, while Trend Micro Cloud One requires daily monitoring and maintenance and can take up to a month to deploy.
Pricing: AWS Security Hub has a fair and acceptable setup cost, whereas Trend Micro Cloud One's cost falls within the average range and depends on the number of units. Although Trend Micro may require additional services, its basic service offers a solid foundation for monitoring infrastructure.

Sometimes exemptions aren't passed between the control tower and Security Hub. The configuration gets mixed up or you don't get the desired results."
