We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"For me, it's convenience because I cover three different offices, and I need to be able to remotely access any of those three offices from anywhere, anytime. With LogMeIn Central, I can do that.""It allows you to transfer along with many other functions.""The initial setup was pretty straightforward.""The ability to manipulate and do things to the computer and file manager, then boot to safe mode, and see what is going on and track alerts. I use it all.""Unattended Access, allows me to do support on machines that people are having trouble with, during non-working hours.""It is convenient for my workers to be at home. Therefore, it is easier for them as their second job to do the work. That is a plus, and I improve productivity.""I like the encryption and security of LogMeIn. I think the end-to-end security on it, in and of itself, is really good. I use the two-point login system and it's great.""I would not want to tell other companies about it because it is so powerful, it does so much, and it makes me look so good."

More LogMeIn Central Pros →

"The installation is easy, it only took two minutes.""NinjaOne has a feature where we can create custom scripts that we can run on devices remotely.""The most relevant feature is the monitoring, which provides built-in tools for sending commands.""Good at managing updates and for remote support.""The policies are probably the most valuable features. They're similar in function to Microsoft group policies where we can have it monitor certain things or push out software on a schedule. I would rate the policies eight out of 10. They're robust, I could monitor most of the things that Windows Performance Monitoring keeps tabs on.""The best feature of NinjaOne is the SLA system. Every IT person can check their performance, how long it takes to resolve an issue, and how many SLAs are breached.""NinjaOne helps us view the status of software patching, whether the PC is locked or unlocked.""The tool's most valuable feature is third-party application updates."

Cons
"There are some screens that are just ugly and difficult to manipulate.""Our clients are having issues with printing.""The screen. Make it clearer. The screen resolutions don't always line up. So clarity of the screen, and speed.""The initial load is terribly slow and often has delays with the login page loading.""The update issues are an absolute pain. It says it is updating things, but the updates do not go through, and you try your hardest to get the updates to go through and they don't. You go to the PC, but there is no update there, then you go back and it says there are updates.""LogMeIn Rescue could be made a lot easier where you could just tell the person where to go and log in, and they could just log in. Or even make it simpler where you could just send a file to a person and they would click on it; just something easier. The way they have it right now, it's not easy.""Compared to other products, I feel that their biggest weakness has been customer service. They are very nice, but things take forever to resolve. It has been a major issue there. Otherwise, we're happy. We haven't moved away from them because we haven't found anybody with comparable pricing for our business model.""Do not use the technical support."

More LogMeIn Central Cons →

"Lacks sufficient integrations with other PSAs.""The graphical user interface could be improved.""NinjaOne's pricing and user interface needs improvement.""NinjaOne's reporting module is cumbersome.""It can have more integrations with third-party providers, such as Deep Instinct. They do partner with certain antivirus or remote access tool partners, but they can increase their portfolio to have more choices.""I would like to see more scripts for PowerShell commands.""The remote connectivity could be better. It works most of the time, but sometimes, there are issues.""The reporting is lackluster. NinjaOne is great for maintaining systems, but it's hard to use it to understand the state that systems are in without going in and mining the information myself. I rate the reporting two out of 10."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "It sucks that I am paying for LogMeIn Central, LogMeIn Pro, and LogMeIn Rescue, plus LogMeIn Ignition, which is the mobile app. It costs me a lot of money every month at LogMeIn. "
  • "It really is an expensive product for me."
  • "Pricing is a little on the expensive side, compared to what TeamViewer has offered."
  • "It used to be a lot cheaper but then the price shot up (doubled over the span of two years), but it's hard to switch, and most competing products are similarly priced anyway."
  • "Pricing is a little high. They require for LogMeIn Central to go into brackets. If you go over a certain amount of PCs or servers to access, going up to the next bracket is a big jump."
  • "The price is a little high but it's competitive. The licensing process is fairly easy."
  • "It's probably worth the value, but the price increases over the last five years are getting harder to justify."
  • "We went with it for pricing reasons, that it was the biggest bang for our buck, by combining the ability to have a central security console, as well as a central point for user administration."
  • More LogMeIn Central Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "We got a pretty good deal. It was fairly affordable."
  • "Its pricing is great."
  • "NinjaRMM uses a subscription model."
  • "We currently pay $1.20 per device on a monthly basis."
  • "It roughly costs $400 a month. It provides a good value because of the number of tools that you get in the solution. I would rate it a four out of five in terms of pricing. There are no additional costs other than the standard licensing fees."
  • "The pricing is reasonable and cheaper than ConnectWise."
  • "NinjaOne is a little expensive but is still cheaper than competitors like Acronis or Veeam."
  • "I rate the solution’s pricing a five out of ten, where one is the lowest and ten is the most expensive."
