We performed a comparison between NinjaOne and TeamViewer Remote Management based on real PeerSpot user reviews.
Find out in this report how the two Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."It just works as advertised and serves the purpose for which we got it."
"The tool's most valuable feature is third-party application updates."
"The solution's most valuable feature is related to its remote access...I know that NinjaOne's technical support is good."
"NinjaOne has a feature where we can create custom scripts that we can run on devices remotely."
"NinjaOne helps us view the status of software patching, whether the PC is locked or unlocked."
"The policies are probably the most valuable features. They're similar in function to Microsoft group policies where we can have it monitor certain things or push out software on a schedule. I would rate the policies eight out of 10. They're robust, I could monitor most of the things that Windows Performance Monitoring keeps tabs on."
"The most relevant feature is the monitoring, which provides built-in tools for sending commands."
"It helps us to be able to have visibility into the overall performance of the servers, laptops, and desktops that we are managing currently."
"We are able to connect to clients who are currently not connected to the VPN, and we are also able to do direct file transfers between the technician and the client."
"TeamViewer Remote Management is easy to use and user-friendly."
"One of the most valuable features has been that it's a remote tool. I think this is a particularly good tool, and it's user-friendly."
"The most valuable feature is the remote management capabilities."
"What I like about TeamViewer Remote Management is the chat feature on the dashboard, which is very useful. The solution also has a meeting feature, but I don't use that. The remote feature and other features of TeamViewer Remote Management also work fine, so it's a good solution."
"We use the product to communicate."
"The product is secure."
"I've left Splashtop running for seven or eight hours connected to a system. I've left TeamViewer running for seven or eight hours to a connection or two. I have a hard time working out on four computers at a time, but three is not impossible for me. So even if I've had three computers connected it has been fairly stable."
"The solution could improve by optimizing the internet connection being used."
"The graphical user interface could be improved."
"NinjaOne's pricing and user interface needs improvement."
"I wish that they integrated it with more antivirus solutions. Currently, they only push Defender, but it doesn't really have integration with SentinelOne. It also didn't integrate with Trend Micro, which we were using previously. I would also like to have more control from the mobile app. As of now, I am able to see some performance values, but I can't see, for example, disk activity or disk performance values. If they can improve their app a little bit, it would help greatly. They can also improve the tech interface. If I assign certain techs to a bunch of specific machines, they only get those alerts that they're assigned to."
"Lacks sufficient integrations with other PSAs."
"It can have more integrations with third-party providers, such as Deep Instinct. They do partner with certain antivirus or remote access tool partners, but they can increase their portfolio to have more choices."
"The reporting is lackluster. NinjaOne is great for maintaining systems, but it's hard to use it to understand the state that systems are in without going in and mining the information myself. I rate the reporting two out of 10."
"I want NinjaOne to improve the reports."
"When a user is engaged in a chat on a system with a remote user present, copying the chat content isn't easy."
"Sometimes you need more services and need to buy more, depending on if you need it short term or long term."
"If you have one version, like if you have version 14, and the client has version 15, you can't access his computer. If the client is on 14 and the technician is on 15, he can't access the end user who's at home. So there's a disparity in versioning."
"AnyDesk is easier compared to TeamViewer Remote Management since there is no password. We use AnyDesk more."
"I'm not sure if the security is ideal. They could work to improve it."
"I don't like having so many updates."
"There have been some delays in the past due to unstable internet connection."
"The price point would probably be an area of improvement with the number of competitors out there offering similar features. TeamViewer usually comes in a little high as compared to other solutions."
