We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Bitrix24's workflow is better than that of others. The user interface is also good.""It's a very easy-to-use product.""The product is user-friendly.""Collaboration and CRM are the most valuable features of Bitrix24.""It is easy to use and very stable.""Offers, a free version.""The data interpretation feature in Bitrix24 is good.""It is a very scalable solution...The tool currently operates efficiently and contributes to our ongoing digitization efforts, including documentation and workflows."

"The reporting features are quite strong. Being able to do team reports and find out what work is pending, what work needs to be done are key in my day-to-day management of the team. The earned value analysis capabilities and critical path capabilities inside the tool help me make sure that I'm keeping the projects on track.""The solution is stable.""One of the best features is that it is easy to use.""The tool has a simple and excellent approach.""Microsoft Project offers comprehensive project overviews and the ability to rate down what we have and what we need in terms of software.""I find all the features of the solution valuable.""It's a scalable product, especially the online version.""Microsoft Project's integrated timeline is tied to the project plan almost seamlessly, and you add whatever action item or milestone you choose. All you have to do is set up a column and click on the timeline. It will automatically put it in there and allow you to choose the type, whether it's a bar or if it's a milestone, just pointing out that single milestone"

Cons
"Our financial department does not use Bitrix24 because it's not good for the sort of work they do. So, once we create an invoice in Bitrix24, we sent it to the client and the financial department and they enter it separately into their system. This is not great for us since we can't track what happens after a sale.""In my opinion, everything needs improvement. It all starts with the user experience. It's extremely difficult to use, it's always lagging, It doesn't look particularly appealing, in terms of how it looks, and it is extremely difficult to locate the stages.""It's a team management tool, but the way the tasks are assigned and the way you are able to control them are lacking when compared to Asana or monday.com. The latter tools are a lot more adaptable to team management. Thus, better features to control the team are needed in Bitrix24.""Compared to Microsoft, we found Bitrix24 a little complex because it's new to us, and we don't understand it much.""The user interface could be improved or simplified. When you log in and see so many functions, it's a little overwhelming.""The solution's open channel and contact center could be improved.""We didn't have the ability to customize the solution.""In our organization, we feel that the UI and the functionalities for workflows in the solution need a lot of improvement."

More Bitrix24 Cons →

"Microsoft Project could improve the interface, it should be more intuitive. It could be adjusted a little bit to make it a little easier to use and more user-friendly. It is a very powerful tool and it takes people a while to get used to it.""The collaboration has room for improvement.""Microsoft's solution isn't really a collaboration tool, however. If you need a collaboration tool, you can use Slack, which can be integrated with your JIRA.""We'd like to have more resource allocation and monitoring features.""It is a traditional Waterfall-based solution, so it doesn't lend itself particularly well to Agile development. You can record Agile sprints within it, but it is not really an Agile-based product. It can store the basic information about budgets that an Agile set of work is looking to use, but that's about it.""The solution could be more flexible when it comes to integration.""It's hard to reach technical people to get the help you need.""I would like to see an entire baseline, like in JIRA."
