Pros
"We contact their customer support often. They are very good and reliable."

"The most valuable feature is that, with a visual system, you can try to have a process client before beginning the programming for the application.""The modeler is useful for creating the flow. The way to access the data through their REST API is also valuable. This is what we're using right now.""I love that Camunda is a very developer-friendly platform, and my customers have evaluated the pricing as reasonable.""Provides an easy way to integrate with the architectural environment.""The most valuable features are the workflow, the task list, and the modeler where we use VPN.""The visibility – the diagrams you create – and then being able to automate based on them are valuable features. It's easy to explain and comprehend, and the integration aspects are valuable.""We have a lot of users, almost 1,800, and we needed something affordable, stable and something that could be used by a large financial company. This solution truly fit the bill.""We have the ability to modify the product if we need to, and that comes in handy whenever we need to add new functionality and features."

Cons
"There are better solutions on the market. To make it a perfect ten, they should improve the price. There is a learning curve and sometimes there are issues from the software."

More Bosch inubit Cons →

"It has a Postgres database at the backend, and it is very difficult to scale if you increase the number of processes running. We did hit some barriers. We were able to overcome them, but it was a problem. Camunda has another product called Camunda Cloud, which supposedly doesn't have the same scalability problems, but we are not using Camunda Cloud because the set of features is smaller than Camunda On-Premises. So, its scalability can be improved. Because it has a single database, it is more difficult to scale if you have a huge success.""The user interface needs improvement. It should be more tailored to the end-user and offer a better user experience design over the user interface itself.""If Camunda could develop something that creates user forms that would be a great feature to have. They also need to improve the UI.""I have faced problems in bringing up the Cockpit in terms of GUI processes. I think that there is room for improvement in those areas.""It is not difficult to change existing processes. The difficulty was in integration, for example, to call an external web API, and in the security capabilities, to use a vault for secrets. That was difficult.""In the future, I would like to see better transactional integrity.""The product must provide more videos and training materials.""I would like to see the forms engine available in the open-source version of this solution."
