"Fortinet FortiGate needs to improve to be on par with its competitors, such as Palo Alto and Sophos. They are the market leaders. Fortinet FortiGate needs to improve its capabilities. However, we are happy with Fortinet FortiGate."
"The scalability could be better."
"They need faster serviceability and more security features."

"Azure Firewall definitely needs a broader feature base. It should be able to go all the way up to layer 7 when looking at applications and things like that."
"It would be nice to be able to create groupings for servers and offer groups of IP addresses."
"It has fewer features than you can get from other firewalls, like anti-spam and anti-phishing. Those kinds of things are not included. It only includes IDS and IDB."
"Azure should be able to work better as a balancer also, instead of just being a firewall. It should have a wider mandate."
"It is a cloud service, but the lending speed for each region is not always the same. For example, in China, the speed is slow. They need to think about how to make sure that the service pace or speed is always the same in all regions. It would be a great improvement if they can provide the same pace worldwide."
"The solution should incorporate features similar to competitors like split tunneling."
"You have to have a defined IP range within your network to associate it with your network. The problem is you have to plan ahead of time if you expect to use the firewall in the future so that you don't have to reconfigure your subnets or that specific IP range. Other than that, I don't any issues. I use it for basic configuration for a single application, so I really don't try to leverage it for multiple applications where I might find some complexity or challenges."
"There should be better monitoring and logging. Currently, it is put in Sentinel. It should be more seamless and from the interface."
"The stability of the product is an area of concern where improvements are required."
"Sizing can be challenging for customers interested in using Fortinet FortiGate-VM."
"It would be useful to have integration with different reporting tools. This is something we are sorely missing. It would be a plus to have reporting integrations. It would be good to have more integration with the identity suites, such as Office 365 and Azure Active Directory, of different providers that we use. Integrations are already available, but it would be nice to have some more advanced options."
"Improvements are needed for the responsive UI and JIT traffic reporting."
"The GUI could be improved."
"The stability could be improved. I find Cisco to be more stable than Fortigate, which is I major differentiator between the two."
"his is not a good solution for enterprises. It's better for smaller companies."
"There are certain GUI features that should be present but are not."
